6Lived here for 3 years now and haven't had a problem with this location.
Put in a hold mail request and I guess they decided not to put it in the system so now we're missing all of our mail since we can't access the old mail box anymore. They take 0 accountability. Also put in 2 change of address forms only to receive letters saying they didn't go through and to come fill them out again, so we go and the guy says he has to have those papers. Why did the papers we received not state they needed to be brought? Get it together post office. It's extremely upsetting to be told your mail is going to be held for you so you don't have to worry about it only to be told when you go to get it that the request is nowhere in the system.
I love our post office. My job has me send mail every week. The staff are friendly, efficient, and always make me feel welcome. I’ve never once had a bad experience here. Even the day after Memorial Day. The single counter worker kept his composure. He was cracking jokes with the crowd of people. It kept everyone’s mood up and sure made my day.
Not the friendliest of old men working the counter. I packed my rifle scope to be sent out and am glad I thought of purchase package bubble wrap. Christopher straight chunks the fragile package in the bin behind without a bat of an eye and say have a nice day. Really guy.
Recieved mail that stated DO NOT BEND on envelope. Mail carrier bent it and now my daughters school pictures have folds and creases.
Fails at General Delivery! DO NOT USE THIS PO for General Delivery! This Post Office immediately rejects the mail and return to sender. This is the first (and only I hope) post office that I have had any issue with general delivery. I travel full-time and have used General Delivery at over 25 post offices without no issue until this Post Office. I now understand why this Post Office has such a horrible rating. This clearly indicates this Post Office has been assigned a horrible postmaster that has no interest in customer service.
