I called to ask about a package that said it has been delivered to Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room and the lady was so rude she told me and why are you calling me about this

Have to have a PO Box to get my mail. The route I'm on the carrier is always on the phone. And they never get the mail in the right box at my apts. So I pay an extra $168. A year.

Question.why?
Where my mail. Delivery to a wrong address also?
When I try calling the. Post office. Add me on hold
I opening some one letter by mistake because. Not
mine same first name different last name.
I need there letter pick up add to the right address.

The older lady in the front desk and overall staff was able to help me get through with my passport process for my girlfriend and I. We were a bit late but I called in advance to let them know and thankfully they were able to keep us in. Thank you so much for helping us get the process done quickly and efficiently. (I did have my documents all in order ready to go to so that helped)

If I could give 25 stars, I would! This post office went above and beyond anything I have ever expected. I’ve never had an issue with this particular post office. I mailed a package on April 19th from Nevada. It said package was delivered 22nd. My family member never received it. My 4 year old niece wouldn’t be getting her candy care package! I was really upset, but realized everything could be replaced as I had insurance on it and saved receipts, but STILL wondered, “who got the package? ” I went ahead and opened a claim. Lisa called and said she would be investigating it! A few days went by and nothing. Today my niece called, “they found the package 5 days later! ” I was in disbelief. Somehow they tracked the package to where it was delivered. HOW? They knocked on the door and a gentleman answered, and they asked if he had the package, he said yeah, pointing to the corner. She said “well we’ve been looking for this. ”The regular delivery lady had gone on vacation and a replacement made the delivery that day, nowhere near my nieces front porch. This is a long post, but this facility needs to be commended! They didn’t have to go to these lengths! Lisa and Lisa are both rockstars! They both need an extra week of paid vacation! Thank you ladies! My niece is happily munching on all her candy right now thanks to yall!
