United States Postal Service reviews
9I had an important package to receive with a signature! I took the day off of work because I did not want to miss the delivery. The mail lady did not my package, instead she put I was not home and never left me a notice. Today is Friday and Monday is Labor Day. So, I’ll have to wait until Tuesday to pick up my package.
If I could give this USPS zero stars, I would! Terrible customer service, everybody is always confused, they’re not on one accord and lastly they are extremely slow!
These people have literally no idea what they are doing. We got a new mail carrier that decided to stop delivering our mail. I went to remedy the situation and had come back twice because the people at this post office weren’t clear on what I needed. Once I got it “fixed” we’ve still not gotten our mail.
Parking spots are extremely narrow. People always park over the lines preventing others to park. Makes in extremely inconvenient
The very rude man who refused to let me drop off my ALREADY LABELED packages but instead wanted me to wait in a 20 person live should not be in customer service. Terrible service
Its supposed to be a government building it says it opens at 8: 30 but they dont open till they feel like it
Have had items delivered to a totally different complex- and anytime they try to deliver a package they said my “mail box is full” instead of just bringing it to the door. I live in an apartment- of course the mailbox is too small for a box.
I’ve tried calling the office three times every hour just to ask if they have my package there (sometimes they put it back on the truck) and if a family member could pick it up for me since I work during their operating hours. They haven’t answered a single time.
At the post office and there's like 40 people here and only 1 person at the register. Are you serious?
