Was deceived at another location and told to come here for assistance after being deceived to buy extra stamps that I didn't need.
Vince was no help even after hearing me out.

Went for the State Department U. S. Passport Fair, arrived at 858am, walked out 1103am with my passport application filed. Was number 48.considering there was no appointment though rather first come first serve, it was a fast two hour wait and process.

Check the State Department website for what to bring with you when you fill out your passport application, bring copies of the original documents otherwise you'll pay $1.00 per copy. Also, this location does take passport photos for the same price as CVS or Walgreens.

Denise assisted and she was spectacular, friendly, professional, and responded to my humor.with humor.

Well for one they are kind and fast there we're not one time that I had to wait in line, it was a in-out thank you all for your service.

Horrible service! Zero stars if at all possible. I sent a package from Tigard Oregon, it was processed fine here, once at Fort Worth it went no where! Sadly when I called all I could talk to is a dang computer. They are to busy to talk to customers. Better use Fedex, DHL or UPS. Dont risk it with the USPS and its incompetemce!

Every time I go to the spot to check held mail I gotta wait 20 minutes for someone to even show up just to give me attitude

PASSPORT SERVICES ARE GREAT. I live in Dallas and traveled all the way to ft worth to apply for my passport because they had availability Sooner than Dallas. I scheduled an 8am appointment for earlier today. There were 3 people waiting in line, as I walked in at 7: 53am
I told the lady behind the counter I have an 8am appointment and she attended to me First. As she should have, because I had an appointment. I had my forms already filled out online, I just printed them out. I had my money orders printed out and ready to go (2 separate money orders) and I HAD ALL OF MY DOCUMENTATION. I brought EVERYTHING. My drivers license, social security card, and birth certificate. I went in at 8am and left at 8: 35am:) The kind black lady in the passport office took a nice picture of me and gave me a copy of my receipts and my picture. Good thing I know what I look like! Now I can feel confident for my flight attendant interview on Monday. Thankyou!:)

Worst place to go do passports always short staff lady kept on crying and telling people she could. Not help walking people because she was the only one their and had no help we had and appointment didn’t have birth certificate I told her I will be right back I leave 5 mins away she said no I would have to reschedule again I told her I all ready had to reschedule took a month to get and appointment again

The ladies working here are completely condescending and unhelpful. If you don’t want to help people, don’t have a customer facing job. It would help us all out. I’m not sure why they feel it’s necessary to talk to people the way they do, but it just comes across as lazy and incompetent.

Edit: after reading other reviews, I’m pretty confident that the same person who others have consistent issues with is the same individual I unfortunately encountered.

Great post office! I went to renew my passport! Everything went so smooth, they even take a nice photo for you! Wonderful and helpful lady at the desk!

There's a black lady at the front with glasses and braids thats extremely lazy and rude. She does not know how to talk to people. I asked her a simple question and she had the nerve to say, What do you think? I asked her some other questions just to be sure I was doing everything right and she was very rude and unhelpful. I'm not sure how the lady has a job there. She is lazy and barely wants to help out with anything. I ended up having to put her in her place. The other people that work at the front are very kind and people friendly.

The woman who worked Saturday the 11th is a rotten lazy useless person shes rude and never helps anyone she should not have a anywhere let alone a post office. Worst post office ever the guy is awesome but everyone else there is rude and lazy.last Saturday they closed 15 min early and left 9 people in the lobby and wouldn't even come grab everyone's packages.the younge woman is so rude and she doesn't deserve her job.terrible customer service and poor management.

Fort Worth Post Office. Another example of why I hate going to the post office. -2 stars for the service 5 stars for the building. But wait, how do you have such an amazing piece of architecture like that and treat it’s the way they do? I think there were more light bulbs out than there were working. And the typical government employee who based on the attitude could care less about their job. Maybe put someone if front of the customers who is professional and proficient in their job? She couldn’t simply add on a service to label I’d already printed at home?

General delivery there is a clown that is not nice, the only person in texas that makes me feel uncomfortable. Retire please I don need a class about what my name is
