They lost my package. Tried contacting them. They take weeks to reply and still haven’t gotten back to me yet. It’s been 4 weeks now and I haven’t heard any update about my package.

Missing my medication that I need. My gel tablets were melted because they kept them in the hit truck. Throws my packages up the stairs and broke my stuff.

What is wrong with our mail service. We havent had delivers for 4 days. Open lock boxes with packages remaining in them anyone can steal. Try and call the keller location and it just brings. No one ever answers. Contacting the Postal inspector somethings not right here.

Been living at my address since 2007 and have never had issues until the past 3-4 yrs, we’ve been waiting for important mail and never arrives, we’ve contacted the sender and they say it’s been sent. But we do get other neighbors mail. Or no mail at all on certain days. And it seems the USPO are having problems with carriers. They retire and they don’t have anyone to replace them.

What a bad service. They didn't give me the key to my mail box because I still don't live in the place. Apart from that, I went with my disabled son in a stroller and they don't have anything adapted for it. It was difficult for me to open the door and access to The line didn't fit with the stroller, I stood to the side respecting the line and they still ask me if I had lined up to be able to serve me. Lack of empathy, apart from their bad service.

The employees working at this USPS location do not know their own shipping and pricing policies listed online. I tried sending an envelope as a large letter (which I’ve done before at the self service kiosk inside the same location; it just so happened to be down today.) but they would only allow me to send it as a package. My letter was both smaller and thinner than the dimensions for a letter listed on the USPS website but I was forced to pay 5x the amount I normally do because the employee said they “couldn’t allow it”. I’ve shipped this same size letter multiple times in the past as a letter, and am disappointed to at the inconsistent treatment. Please train your staff to be competent and knowledgable about the public information listed literally on your own website.

Always a long line with only one person working. I spent an hour there to send off one package.

They give a receipt to take a survey but once you enter the zip code of this particular location, it says invalid zip code…ok. Office is extremely understaffed. I had a prepaid package slip and all o wanted to do was drop it off at the kiosk…no supplies. I ring the door bell, knocked on the door, no reply. The location is always short on supplies. I don’t understand it at all.

I know there's a lot of bad reviews, but I've only ever had good experiences. I feel like I waited in line maybe 10 minutes max, which I feel like is understandable considering there's only 2 employees. Have a little patience people.the employees are very helpful and clear with instructions. I like this location despite everyone's over dramatized "bad" experiences.

I've got multiple neighbors' mail being delivered to my house (guess the mailman figured "close enough") and now I've got missing mail from what USPS Informed Delivery email tells me should have been delivered. I call the Keller Post Office phone number to discuss, navigate the phone menu, get transferred and let it ring for a couple of minutes, and it eventually disconnects, every single time. Literally no one to talk to regarding this problem. U. S.government at its finest.

I don't know if it's just me, but the self service printed out a label without asking for destination details. My package ended up getting delivered to a random entity and apparently I am unavailable to claim it as a lost package because it shows a delivered status. Beware, I lost $15 returning a package.

The post office, itself, is great. The mail service to my mailbox is UNACCEPTABLE! I get my neighbors mail EVERYDAY!

Literally the worst post office ever and if you want a scan on your package, avoid this location at all cost. Don’t understand why people can be standing around talking but not actually do their jobs? Makes me proud to pay taxes!

Polite and helpful postal workers. I use this location often. They do their best in providing a public service.

Since mail carrier retired we don’t get most of our mail though it’s “scanned” as having been delivered, though we do get neighbor mail on a regular basis.
Random mail items delivered when there is a mail hold (in order to avoid said lost packages) and other mail and packages never show up.
Filed complaints and got nowhere, even with online complaint and going physically into post office.
I can only hope whomever is getting my bills plans on paying them.
To those living in this delivery zone, may the odds be ever in your favor.
