United States Postal Service, Kennedale TX

When I first started using the Kennedale post office, I would have given a ZERO star review. They were always rude and downright mean to customers. Now, they are a bit better but very apathetic. What bothers me now, in December 2023, is the fact that they *still* have plastic hanging from the ceiling, separating me from the employee. I struggle to hear and understand the employee behind that plastic sheet, especially when the employee is wearing a MASK. I rarely come to this location anymore because of the communication difficulties.

I would rather give ZERO stars. Please hire someone who actually has customer service skills! The rudeness from your employee, Eric, is mind boggling! Rather than LISTENING to the customer ask the needed questions about sending a package, he cuts you off and doesn’t give the full details. Our Mansfield post office will actually explain the steps in full needed, when you ask and does not cut you off and send you back through the waiting line over and over. Eric then decides to tell you “well then go back to Mansfield, I’m not helping you! ” COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS IF THIS IS THE ATTITUDE YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE. We have a business in Kennedale and rely on this post office for our daily shipping needs. You have completely lost our business and all our customers business! You need to do better!

Haltom city post office is still worse. Very little help or care to make thing easy. Attitude towards me for not knowing things. Thanks Eric. That mask might be preventing air to your brain.

I went in with questions about general delivery and PO Box prices. Eric was super nice and gave me all the information I needed.

Just another bad review to add to the list for KIM. Lol read the others and they're no joke. Seriously was turning my truck around to leave and since the area is for delivery and staff PARKING only. She thought I was parking and kept staring as I drove past. I was literally just too far up to turn around anywhere else and had to turn there. Was actually trying to get to the business next door and didn't want to illegally park in the fire lane so that's the only reason I had to turn around to begin with. She clearly doesn't care about her job based on her attitude and bad reviews, so she was literally just looking for a problem. Someone is miserable in life, and common sense would say it's not all the people leaving the bad reviews for this one employee. She didn't care what I was actually doing. I popped off, because no ma'am you're not going to walk up to my truck, as I'm BACKING OUT! Thank goodness I saw her, and didn't hit her. Then proceed to have an attitude when i ask if you need something, because of your lack of intelligence that made you think walking up behind a moving vehicle was a good idea for some reason. Pretty sure if y'all have suspicions of something sketchy happening at your work there is a protocol and it is not to walk up on a moving vehicle, or a sitting one for that matter. So dangerous. This place might want to get her attitude in check. That was ridiculous.

They just ignore you and act like there isn't anyone in the building. Waited about 20 min to get help ringing the bell every couple minutes. Just ignored me

Horrible customer serivce and no help shipping my packages. Wanted to only charge for the more expensive priority shipping. Never coming here again.

If you're looking for their Automated Postage machine, this location does not have one.
