Unprofessionalism ever seen before! Door Should be opened until 5: 30pm however, Always closed office hours between 4-5pm. For a Jun - July 2023 almost they closed before 5pm more than 20 business day as I counted.

What does USPS head office doing? They neither pick the call nor correct themselves.

How could staff get paid without working full hours? In the United States at USPS office it’s happening- returning 1000s of customers for due to careless of Manager and no one cares. No noticed, no excuse notes at door no responsibility at all - what a shame - what a free paid on Government JOB!

In the 15 years we have been here, never had any issues with our mail. I am pretty sure this is where our mail comes unless its Haslet. Once in awhile I have reached out about not receiving a package and they are on it and it is handled quickly. They respond fast by email or telephone.

Just arrived and everything is closed the people inside watching movies and talking on the phone no one seemed to attend me since they too busy

Very professional and always informative. Very reliable postal service. Always friendly and consistent. The front counter lady is very helpful.

They really should change the hours on the door or close down if they aren’t going to be open when it says. Wasted 45 mins to get here

I wish I can give them minus stars, the facility is more closed than open the supervisor doesn't open after lunch. He is gone.i come 3 days in arrow s d IA closed. Hired different emoyees or send managers to check thislocation in alliance 76177. Is the worst

Consistently loses mail.doesnt care. It's the government.they know they dont need to provide good customer service so they dont care.

Terrible service. I have been waiting on my medicine and I used usps for the tracking. First they sent it to the wrong post office then my tracking said it was put in a parcel locker. I had no key in my mailbox. I went to the post office and the lady said he went home and didn't even care about what happened. If her family was sick I wonder if she would have the same attitude. The customer service was terrible. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to see where my medicine is.

This place is supposed to close at 5: 30…I got there at 4: 20 and it was all locked up. It’s not a holiday so I don’t know why they were closed early.

Arrived at 4 and waited 10 min. There was a girl before me who said she has been there for a bit. No one was there and no one would come out. We rang the buzzer multiple times and even though we can hear them in the back no one would come help us. Unfortunately I had to leave due to work along with 2 of the other people. Absolutely ridiculous. If you are busy or aren't going to work at least out up a sign.

I have reason to believe someone from this location is opening my mail and stealing money. We’ve had several cards that were to be delivered with monetary gifts enclosed. When the cards show up, the envelops are open and the cards/cash are missing. Several of our neighbors have the same issue. This needs to be investigated and someone charged for Federal crimes!
