Shout Out to Gladys Carrington (sp?) at this location. I'm a very light Ebay seller and had been informed 3 days after getting OK to send that the buyer had been canceled and all transactions deleted (who knew they could do that?). I submitted and "Intercept" request on a Sat morning and called the destination PO to be sure. Gladys answered and was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and reassuring. The package has been returned to me.

They close earlier than they should. I was not able to send my package in their boxes because they were taped shut.

One of the most friendliest post offices ever. Always smiling, never afraid to goof off a bit with the customer and always leave with a thank you.

Pretty small establishment but great service. They always take care of my needs. Although, sometimes there's a bit of a wait, especially because there's usually only 1-2 people working.

I dislike the service at this post office, Like any other post office in this town. I used to live in another city with good service, so I know it's possible. I'd be much happier with the service if:
1: Clerks would actually communicate service options.
2: They would let you read the visual menu while generating the postage. Which is what it is for, so that you could double check that the correct address is there and the correct service applied.
This feels like the bare minimum.
I'll look forward to using the post office again if you could start giving the bare minimum service again.
I'm tired of all the excuses everyone will make to tell you to buy the postage online in order to simply not have to deal with the clerks. Do you understand this is what the public's relationship to USPS has come down to? And I'm one of the last people who will buy the extra insurance because everyone says they seldom honor it anyway.
It's an acessibility issue. There are people who rely on being able to use the services at the physical post office and rely on the assurance that the clerks are capable and reliable at performing those services.

If I could take stars away from them I would. These have to be some of the rudest postal workers my family and I have had the displeasure of doing business with. My mother had her post box for 21 years and they didnt even give a courtesy call before closing it and sending all of our important mail back. They our home address they could have easily forwarded it there. Horrible service.

Terrible place, never seem to be able to deliver anything on time. My package was supposed to be delivered today and then I call, (no real human being answers by the way) and im told it’s gonna be delivered Saturday now for whatever reason? USPS and it’s workers are horrible, can never seem to get anything accomplished.

Many of my Christmas cards with gift cards in them never made it to their destinations. So it was either this office where they were mailed or the receiving offices for their destinations but either way it was USPS. Very disappointed.

This location should be rated Zero. Incompetent supervisors and carries. Visited the office 4 times still could not give me the right key for my mailbox.
