This location is hard to deal with as a local. I have been waiting for a $400 jewelry package and it supposedly arrived (detailed tracking) just 1.5 hours ago, yet it is not in my mailbox or on my property. This happens A LOT with their tracking and deliveries. They have also dropped off hazardous items without the legally required signature. Sometimes they make another late delivery in the neighborhood after their first route, and sometimes they get so far behind, they make Sunday deliveries. But now I am stuck wondering where my package (again) is and if it was stolen, or if USPS just messed up another important delivery AGAIN.

******UPDATE**** amazingly, after speaking with a supervisor, all three packages arrived within 30 minutes.
****NOW, I am missing not 1 but 3 CREDIT CARDS that were sent my USPS and a check that unfortunately had "pay to the order" visible. Shows it should have been here on 4/28.23. Spoke with Joe Dent, he identified himself as "the postmaster". He was rude, used obscenities, and talked over me. It's very sad that the only way to get our important mail is to have a tracking number on it. Most companies do not do this. I am now requesting a FOURTH replacement card and waiting to see if and when the check was cashed and by who. I hate thieves and rude helpful employees, ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT OUR TAX DOLLARS PAY! Do BETTER USPS! WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!

We have had 3 packages marked delivered to mailbox (which is a locking mailbox with parcel lockers) and zero have actually been delivered to us. Over $300 in merchandise gone. Trying to get replacements is nearly impossible because they have been marked delivered.
