Don't know about this place directly but they handled packages sent to me by family. Having not put the address down completely they were at first intended to be sent back after nearly a week of waiting for them. Talked with the help desk and was told they would be sent back to sender. A few hours after talking to the customer support with no good answer the folks handling my packages got them to my door. Don't know how they figured the right place as the address writen was incomplete. Total valid to have not completed the delivery but somehow someone figured out it was meant for me. (Missing part of address was like the apartment number but for a few lots of land.) Tldr. They got me my package even when the address was incomplete. Very appreciated.

Literally the worst post office I have ever been to! I basically was called a liar by the supervisor Stephanie. I told her I received my keys on 8/30/23 and she stated that “they always put it in an envelope” I NEVER received an envelope of any kind. This has been my 4th time coming up here because at first they couldn’t even find my mail keys! They seem like they don’t want to help. Stephanie called me very rudely on Saturday and stated “she thought I was rude”. I am blown away by their attitude and absolute lack of care. I would never talk to anyone like that even if I did think they were rude. Needless to say I will never be back! Read the reviews apparently they have been like this for awhile.

I was waiting for my husband's 50th birthday gift. Said it was delivered August 2nd, still no show! They need new people who know how to deliver packages.

Dont come here to mail more than 1 or 2 things or they will rudely complain about having to do their job. Worst post office Ive ever been to and I go to different post offices throughout the area on a regular basis.

I sure wish I had reviewed previously. My daughter's B-day card didn't get sent. Because the return address was not right is my guess. So it doesn't leave town? Why use a stamp then? Everything received is Late. Welcome to Alvin! Batter Up? Oops.

Very rude, they don’t want to help with any problem you have nor do they care. What a joke! Completely unprofessional! Address change? They’ll mess it up completely. Need a key for a mailbox? They’ll take forever to change the lock and then give you the wrong key. And then blame you. Do not use them for ANYTHING

Needed to have two sympathy cards mailed. Postal worker took the cards and slapped two stamps on them without asking if the stamps were ok. They were happy birthday stamps.very inappropriate for sympathy cards. When I pointed this out, the postal worker simply looked at me and threw them in the mail bin.

I typically don’t leave reviews; however, my experience here calls for one. Despite kindly communicating my requests to the customer service rep at the front counter, I was treated with an undue level of disrespect. Instead of responding to my requests and explaining how they should be executed, the representative simply remained silent while continually giving me looks of disinterest. After explaining what I needed help with, she just turned around and (hopefully) did what I asked her to do in the back. Throughout the entirety of our encounter, she refused to make any remarks indicating that she had actually completed the task at hand until the very end in which she rudely answered the questions I had. Please make mutual respect and kindness a priority in the future. I don’t particularly appreciate feeling disrespected (and seemingly discriminated against) for absolutely no reason.

Don't go in the post office if you have a simple question. The clerks were extremely rude.

Rudest and laziest people I have ever encountered. This is why the PO will be nonexistent (hopefully) sooner than later.

Worse post office ever. They constantly mix or lose peoples mail everyday in my neighborhood. On top of that someone is using my address that does not live in my house and never has (we are the first owners) and they wont do anything about it and keep sending me the persons mail!

If you need to use certified mail and get a returned green slip… This office will mark through your tracking information that makes the whole process void.

The only post office in America that does this? I have no idea, but it sure is lame.

This post office isn't just bad, it's consistently bad. With out fail, bad. Rude staff who refuse to do their job, terrible management, stolen mail, no accountability. Horrible. I don't know how this level of ineptitude is allowed.

Possibly the worst PO I've been to, and I've been to many!

The crew here, while friendly, needs additional training. I tried to ship a package ORM-D Consumer (basically must be shipped ground) but the attendant and the senior employee had no idea and couldn't figure it out on the computer. Later, I tried to ship a package to General Delivery, which is a super basic thing every PO worker should know. First I was told by the attendant they didn't know how to do it. They asked the senior employee for help and all she did was ask stupid questions.

Her: Does the destination PO accept general delivery?

Me: Most do, if not, it'll get sent to the nearest one that does, and I'll pick it up there.

Her: You have to have a membership to ship General Delivery.

Me: No I don't. I've shipped dozens of boxes via General Delivery and this has never been mentioned.

Her: You need a street address.

Me: No I don't.

Original attendant: Well, you have a zip code here but this other address has a different zip code.

Me: Yes, the return address frequently has a different zip code than the destination.

Her: Well, we don't know how to do that.

Me: If I Google the address for the destination post office can you figure out how to use that?

Her: Yes

Usually the USPS is insanely knowledgeable. This location isn't even helpful.

Younger mail lady killed our dog Rosie by running over her. She was warned to slow down on our shared private drive several times. There’s a 10 mile per hour / slow children sign posted at the beginning of the drive. After the incident she called the postmaster and he showed up and was rude and didn’t help the situation whatsoever. It’s been like a year and a half since it happened, but they just keep speeding down our gravel drive that we share with 5 other families.
