United States Postal Service, Mabank TX

At 4: 07 pm I pulled into the mabank post office to mail a letter in the outside box. On the box is says pickup time is 4: 30. She was taking the mail out and I asked her I said I thought it was at 4: 30 she said" it is but I can take it out earlier" she was quite rude. Why post a time ud you are not going to adhere to it?

The lady who runs this post office is a lazy person and a sorry excuse for a woman.

Customer service at the actual location is friendly
Issues lie with their entry into the parcel delivery arena
If your going to deliver parcels/packages (Amazon) then that requires that you climb out from behind the steering wheel and DELIVER packages that won't fit in the mailbox to the front door/ garage
Otherwise stick to envelopes and other junk mail

I have not received mail in almost two months. These include important documents such as new hire paperwork, my daughters medical forms from her pediatrician, tax information, etc. I’ve went into the office in Mabank, Tx numerous times regarding this issue. My address isn’t listed on the mail forwarding as it is a new address. I’ve told them numerous times we have a cluster box. We moved in January 15th as of almost two months later we have yet to receive any of the documentation we need. I went in there for nearly a month before a work order was created instead of doing it the first time. Instead I was given mailbox keys (which I still have), and told that a carrier would be out within two days to switch out the keys and we would have access to our mailbox. We also filled out a change of address form. I spoke with Robert 2 weeks ago who stated he would list my address on the web and it would be available by that Friday, it still is not. I was informed that the work order would be completed- it still is not. I was told they would hold my mail, yet every piece of mail businesses, our landlord, medical referral information/pre-op forms, and our employers have sent have not been received. Went in there in person to see if there was an update and spoke to Robert this time in person- nothing. They made us fill out yet ANOTHER change of address form. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing as this is an ongoing issue and has yet to be resolved.

1 star because i had to give something. I had to leave due to all the talking the employees were doing i ran out of time and only had 1 person in front of me and 1 person at the only window that seemed to be open. There was a woman back there walking around but she was playing to much to open another window. Ill try again when I have more time. 10 mins wasnt enough that was only enough time to help 1 customer. Pitiful

A dirty blonde lady driving a orange jeep ran over my brothers dog this morning and honks and yells out i just ran over your dog and then took off! Who does that! She needs to pay the vet bill or something. She needs to be fired! There are many dogs and cats that roam this area and thats rediculous!
