16 I guess when it comes to public institutions people only put in reviews when they have a bad experience.
We just moved to Manor and my experience with USPS has been so far good. Got the mailbox set up instantly. Got keys on the first visit and started getting packages the next day. The lady on the counter was polite, friendly and quick despite being the only person at the counter and having continuous inflow of customers.
However it is inconvenient that they are closed on SAT and SUN. Hopefully that will change and they will get more staff given the rate at which Manor is growing
Worst post office ever to deal with. They lost my package for 5 days, were rude and incompetent. I had to make 3 trips to this post office to deal with 3 different people to finally find my package. USPS never responded to a case I filed either. AWFUL STAY AWAY!
This is the worst post office in the country. PACKAGES WILL NOT GET DELIVERED. They have lost or just flat out not delivered my package over 10 times…. Far over 10 times. I literally don’t understand how they don’t fire thier currier.
The level of incompetence across the board is absolutely insane to me and every review that is 1 star is accurate.
I completely disagree with all of the bad reviews. I've never found them to be anything but helpful and I have been going for years. They have helped me with complicated mailings such as 100 individually wrapped frisbees as wedding gifts, international shipments to soldiers and donations to charities in foreign countries. When mistakes have been made at our mailboxes they have always been able to resolve them quickly. Don't go in with an attitude. Be friendly and talk to them like people.
Horrible customer service. Mail is always lost or put in the wrong mail box. Manor USPS needs a better system.
Always a long wait. Went today waited 10-15 mins to get my package. Was told I couldn’t get it because it needed to be delivered. Showed them the tracking, still nothing.
I have not received my mail in the past 2 months. I have gone up to the office 7 times and the issue is still not fixed. The staff Is super nice but this has become bothersome.
No postal delivery today even though they claimed to make an attempt to deliver. I have informed mail and know exactly what I'm supposed to receive.

By far TERRIBLE service! Tracking says my package was delivered in or near my mailbox and nothing was there. My package was never delivered. I went to the post office and got the run around. Really unfortunate when you pay money for items you don't recieve.
Friendly and helpful service. The one star reviewers have never experienced a truly bad post office.
Answer the phone! I had a question and had to go there to get it! Would’ve been easier if you just do your job and answer the phone!
Expected an overnight priority package. 2 days in a row I watched the delivery driver stop at my mailbox then leave. Each time she marked the package as undeliverable because no one was available. No one ever answers the phone so i had to go physically to the branch to find out wth was happening. They just said sorry and gave me a supervisors name and number. Of course, it's the same number they never answer. The US postal service has 0 accountability. That's why no post office has better than a 2 star rating.
This place needs to be either shut down or get completely new staff, the amount of missed packages, packages that are marked as “delivered” but not there, personal letters with my information left at another house etc.it’s just too much… I will be reporting them and just hope people don’t have to go through the same thing.
Not only do you have to wait in line FOREVER, the employees do not know what they are doing! Ridiculous!
The worst post office I have ever dealt with. I never get any of my packages! When i go to the post office to tell them about the issue they tell you they’ll get back with you and never do. It’s frustrating to know that I cannot have packages sent to my home in fear of never receiving it. It’s money wasted and there isn’t anyone there to take accountability for this! They are the absolute worst!
They should pay more attention to the delivery staff, they invent pure excuses for not delivering packages to the address indicated, I always have to go pick up the packages at the office and the same thing happens 3 times, I don't know why They offer a service that they cannot provide. One pays for the delivery service and they don't. Also the letters do not arrive. These Manor employees are no Help!
