United States Postal Service reviews
14Outside mail box is over full. Mail is spill on to the drive thru. Tried calling. What a joke that was. DO YOUR JOB!
I want to express my appreciation for the USPS post office here in College Station I visited recently. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, making the shipping process smooth and hassle-free. The facility was well-maintained, and the employees were courteous and patient, addressing all my queries. The postal service's commitment to timely deliveries and affordable rates makes it a reliable choice for sending mail and packages. Overall, a positive experience, and I'll definitely continue using USPS for my shipping needs.
Just witnessed a very grumpy worker nearly yelling at a little older lady bc she couldn’t navigate the payment screen fast enough for his liking. It was brutal to watch. He also got into a yelling match with another customer.
Yal keep sending us to Bryan cuz yal to lazy to do your job. Reveived a letter to verify a change of address, and these people told me they can't do it that I have to do it online and that there was no barcode on the letter which there was. Came to bryan problem solve IN 1. MINUTE Get u stuff together STOP BE3N LAZY.
The mail drop off was over flowing, If anyone was dishonest, mail could be taken very easily. Also why does the delivery of mail not take my letters?
Most people are nice helpful and especially “Michel” very very nice and helpful and respectful, informative really appreciate your hard work, thank you
This is Mike from DIH we ship up to 30 packages through this branch daily
After reading the reviews, I was concerned. I went to the post office a few minutes after they opened, was second in line (several people were already being helped), was greeted kindly, and was able to send a certified letter quickly and easily.
When I returned to my office, I found that the tracking number already showed being accepted by the Post Office.
Yes, I have had delivery problems at my home in the past, but the post office counter today was friendly and efficient.
Unfortunately I was threatened very badly here. I felt so humiliated that I had to leave.
The guy didn’t make any effort at all to try help. Talked to me very very rude, don’t want to explain things, makes me understand very well he don’t want me there. Why that? Is it my nationality? Is it because I don’t understand the pounds, onces and american ways to measure?
Besides that the guy want to charge me $15 just to put the hand on my box, refuse to just at least weigh it for me. The price was already more than $50 dollars.
While I having this hard time I saw other very gently employees, helping to close the box, been very instructive. So I guess I was unlucky to get this one. I saw him from the line and notice he was different to the others and don’t want to go with him but destiny don’t let me and he call me as I was next.
Worst experience I had so far in America. How send a simple box abroad turns to this. Go figure.
The reviews rating speaks for itself. If you can, avoid it, go other post office. That’s what I’ll do.
They continue to place my packages in the wrong parcel box, giving me the wrong key. And then I end up having to figure out where my package was delivered. I'm so tired of their carelessness
(TL;DR Avoid USPS if you're ordering something larger than a mailbox. Their delivery people will mark it as "oversized" as an excuse not to deliver it.)
I just moved in town for school and ordered a collapsible bed frame for front door delivery to my apartment. 4 days ago, I got a note in my mailbox that said "OvErSiZeD pAcKaGe, DeLiVeRy fAiLeD".
. Really? You mean to tell me your delivery people saw my small mailbox and thought "Gee, well that big box can't fit in there! Back on the truck, I guess. " Likely story.
It's been 4 days since the bed frame was supposed to arrive and they haven't once tried to deliver it again, even though I rescheduled it online to be redelivered 2 days ago. I know it's hot outside and "oversized package" is an easy excuse to skip my delivery, but come on! I still need a bed to sleep on eventually.
I can’t see why this location hasn’t just closed down. Any issues I’ve had recently they redirect me to the office in Bryan which is already very busy; if they can’t seem to do anything here why stay open?
Delivery driver put a package that had perishables out in the grass in over 100 degrees weather.
This location also DOES NOT answer any phone calls. You get put on hold for a few seconds before you get denied by a automated system and it hangs up.
I am out of a bit of money due to the delivery driver deciding to just leave my package out in the grass for anyone to come by and pick up.
Hell, even the city would have come by and picked it up if it were delivered on normal trash pickup day or bulk trash pickup days.
It is unbelievable that whoever the driver was did this.
Horrible place… just be prepared to deal with l terrible people… with terrible actitud… should be closed…
Rudest employees ever. I worked in a post office for 3 years and have decent knowledge of how things work. First they told me they wouldn’t print a label out which I can understand, so I printed it somewhere else and came back, then when I asked for a small amount of tape since I do not own any, the man groaned and complained. His tape dispenser ran out and said that i would have to BUY A TAPE ROLL TO USE!? Why on earth would you expect the CUSTOMER to spend money on TWO PIECES OF TAPE!? Most unprofessional and just rude employees ever. Believe the reviews of this place and do business elsewhere, at least UPS and FEDEX won’t lose your package like this place has done multiple times
