United States Postal Service, Huntsville TX

This is my local post office. I've been coming here twice a month for the last year and a half that I've lived here. I have always had beyond exceptional service by EVERYONE at the desk when mailing a package and when collecting a package. Sounds like people need to check their own attitudes first before they enter the building.

I know the USPS here in Huntsville has an extremely bad rep, but I lucked out with the mail carrier we have, Carl. He delivers over here by Stewart Elementary. He is so kind, polite and truly does try and care Thank you, what you do doesn't go unnoticed! And I'm not the only who speaks very highly of this man

Lazy postal workers in the office in the trucks and on the phone (if they are forced to call you. They never answer). Marked my address as VACANT DO NOT PLACE MAIL. Despite the fact that I have lived here for years. Then they say attempted to deliver registered item but I wasn't home, LIE. GOOD GAWD WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL?

Post office lied.item said out for delivery then at 7: 15pm my tracking updates to say held at office at customer request.i never contacted them for a hold, they screwed up the delivery then just made up a random lie to cover their butt. I went to the post office to pick it up today and the clerk said its not there its out for delivery today, another bald face lie, here it is 7: 45pm no delivery.complete clown show at the Huntsville usps on hwy 30.

I don't understand how you can order from a company and have it delivered to your house one time. Then order again from the same company. Just to have your package go back return to sender because the address couldn't be verified. Wh

They never answer the phone.
They are very rude and hostile/entitled most of the time.
They mark your packages as delivered and then bring them back 2 to 3 days later (if you are lucky).
Sometimes I have seen them just toss a package (almost a throw) into the box or just straight on the ground.
Got 3 houses at the end of the road and instead of sorting the mail where it goes they will just put it all in 1 box.
The list goes on.
Really need to retrain everyone there or straight up replace the entire staff.

My weekend mail person is so lazy that she pulls into my driveway and honks the horn for me to come out and get my package so that she doesn't have to get out of the car. Plus I ordered a step ladder, they didn't deliver it and left the form with the box marked "receptical full/item over sized" which translates into "I don't feel like putting this in the truck/car. So now I have to pick it up by 4: 30 and I don't work in Huntsville.

I set an appointment for my husband to get a passport. My husband showed up on time with all of his documents needed except for the DS form which he acccidentally forgot at home. He gets to his appointment and they tell him they cant help him because he doesnt have the form and they cant give him one to fill out. Apparently they dont do that, which is a lie because I got my passport there AND filled the document AT THE POST OFFICE WHERE THEY GAVE ME THE FORM! Lazy postal workers who dont want to do their job. Its no wonder they have the reviews that they do. Hope this place gets investigated soon

Horrendous service. GO SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN HERE! Huge line for Pickup packages and the "supervisor" was in the back on his phone sitting there. Other Lady was chit chatting with a customer while her other coworker was saying how everything "wasn't her job" so she cant do it and they can write her up and she will just get a free day off or fire her she doesn't care. This is where our tax money goes. For People who don't care and who just want to run out the time until 430.

Totally incompetent. You call the local number and it rings off the wall then a message tells you it’s a bad number. That should tell you right there that they have no intention of serving their customers nor do they care. This just confirms all the bad reviews you see and how terrible this post office is. It’s a shame because local citizens have no choice but to accept this pitiful service because our government does nothing to change or improve it.

The nice woman who does passports is amazing! We had an appointment for passport renewal and she had us in & out of the building within 10-15 minutes.great customer service!

Can't read and follow simple instructions, apparently. Told them precisely where to take my package and it's still "undeliverable".

Now the item is out of stock on the site, so who the hell knows when I'm gonna get it now. Thanks guys. Great service.

O stars! They will lose your package and do ABSOLUTELY nothing about it! I honestly believe the driver stole my package.delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong address even though the right address was on the package. With that being said I can’t get a refund from the seller because it showed delivered to the correct address and post office only recommended “filing a claim “ what a joke!

Delivered a package then picked it up and forwarded it, these people casually do mail theft felonies.
