Sign says they’re closed to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr Day; however, their sign says they’re closed on January 16th, not January 15th. That made me believe they were open today. I made the extra trip of mileage in a waste. Next time correct your sign so that the people are correctly informed.

Worst service ever. Tracking shows delivery attempted but yet it’s a neighborhood box where you get a key and go get your mail. If they did try to come to the house I was in the garage all day outside and they never showed up. But what do you expect from a govt entity.

This one star goes out to the rude old lady with glasses who scolds you for asking anything. I get mail employees probably deal with a lot but you can’t project your bitterness onto the customers. Sorry to the other employees for having to deal with her as I’m assuming she’s a manager? Sadly

HORRIBLE SERVICE. SHOULD GO BROKE. CARRIER FREQUENTLY PUTS PACKAGES IN WRONG LOCK BOXES, AND USPS MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. WASTING MY TIME WITH THEIR STUPIDITY.

Thanks for shoving my package in my mailbox that’s too small. Next time leave it at the door.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT SERVICE. A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH THE QUALOTY OF WORK AND THE ASSURANCE AND SECURITY OF THE USPS.

It's easy to see why this post office only has two stars at the time of this post. They have no ideas of their own postal rules and accept and reject items on their own personal standards. Nonmachinable items and oversized envelopes are like a foreign concept to a majority of the employees here. I ship letters all around the country every day, and despite this being the closest post office to me, I purposely avoid it and use the others in the city because the others abide by and understand the postal rules. Lastly, there have been multiple mornings at this post office where when you walk in, there will be a line of customers and no workers maning the desk. They aren't retrieving packages either, they will just all be gone for like 5 to 10 minutes and then suddenly come back out as a group to handle customers. The state Post Master should look into the standards and training at this facility.

This location is fine as long as you don’t need to visit the window for Customer Service. There is almost always a long line of people waiting for service. There are five customer service windows and usually only about two agents with open windows and everyone there waiting in line that often takes about 20-30 minutes. This location makes their customers wait in that long line (20-30 minutes) just to retrieve a large box, that amount of time to wait is just unacceptable. This location really needs to hire more people to keep their service windows open, and have a person on-hand ready to retrieve the larger boxes. I have decided to cancel my PO BOX and just get my mail at home because waiting in that line always just takes way too long.

They are terrible when it comes to delivering packages they destroyed my box and stuff I had gotten on my trip no matter how much tape or bubble wrap I used. My figurine & blind boxes are messed up! The one thing had did survive was a darn glass cup…they also don’t leave my packages in my mailbox even if they do fit and there is space. We got a bigger one so they can leave it rather than having to go all the way to the postal but no. Even though I did speak with someone and let them know they kept taking the packages back to the postal and not even leaving a notice. A certain employee makes a fuss when we don’t have a pink slip but they don’t even leave that so how am I supposed to get my stuff. Sometimes it says that I told them to take it back to the postal when I didn’t so fix it. You do have some employees that are helpful & kind but the line get so long when only 2 employees. If your going to work at the postal don’t damage everyone else stuff just because you don’t want to be there

I like this post office. They’ve been really helpful to me here. The kiosk is a great add here! You need it!

Great service, packed most of time so come with patience and a lot of time to wait in line

We consumers must stay informed about how the USPS charges for postage, packages, and any limitations. It makes life easier for them and us.

Sometimes this location gets extremely packed, but in my experience staff is generally friendly and helpful and the line always moves reasonably quick. If you’re in a rush you can go off peak hours and basically have the place to yourself. All in all, a great post office.

Postal Government Employees
they swear they deserve it all and want more but can’t follow simple request/rules.
If you have a PO BOX: Good Luck getting them to Just place mail that pertains to the current owners of a PO BOX not former owners.
They stuff the box with Former Owners and Junk mail.

Just to let you all know that this year I have sent money orders to my daughters in the regular mail (4 times total) and all 4 have gotten mysteriously lost. Total amount lost $600.00.

Paid for key box service, got it popped and never got it fixed. They stayed with my money and now I’m getting packages stolen.
