Visited three times at around 2pm but they always closed during business hour

I have mail that hasn’t been picked up in my outbox for a week. So I skipped class to come mail this out. The phone number is general and you can’t get any actual information. You have to actually go in person to know that there is a unmarked lunch break 11: 30-12: 30 and they don’t do international mail. Those two key details are not listed anywhere than on the door

My packages are never in the box until 2 days after they get there, and even when it’s not their lunch break the workers are not in the office. I have medications I need to get ON time and rely on timely service for them

I would be giving them zero stars if it wasn't for the friendly mail woman who delivers to my area. Too many times have I ordered a package only for it to get lost in sorting or be delayed or, the times where it's not my mail woman, just never delivered- and claimed there was no one to sign for the package. When I was right there and never heard anything. Then once no one signs, it gets shipped off to a completely different facility (oh but they don't tell you that on the website) where redelivery can take over a week. And the thing is: if it's undelivered for a week, it just gets shipped back! For these reasons I do everything I can to avoid using USPS.

I visited on my pickup truck and end up in the University Campus, No where to park. It could be a Student and Staff Post office with no parking for general public. Some construction in the area, So I turned back home disappointed. Where you suppose to park?

My favorite post office I’ve ever been to! The staff are always so kind and helpful. Service is usually very quick. They do close for lunch, so it’s important to plan your visit accordingly, but imo that’s a small inconvenience for the great service you receive when they’re open.
