7Pricing for the PO Boxes has gotten too crazy to continue use of service provided by them. Continued price increases for this service will result in more customers searching for a better alternative to their outdated legacy services. Paperless billing is an environmentally friendly solution to be considered.
Wish it had 0 stars! This place is a joke. Mailed out a care package on the 22nd of February and it still stating it's a the longview facility. I've been talking to the "supervisor AMY" And she stated she will try this and try that.called her today and she hasn't heard anything else about where the package could be. I asked her for the shreveport post office address or phone # to attempt them.but she said No I don't have that.you ARE A SUPERVISOR AND DONT HAVE THAT INFORMATION!? ARE YOU KIDDING. GET LOST. NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN!
The longview main post office was built in 1933 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
They are currently closed. I haven't had an experience with their on site services yet but I just wanted to let others know that they are currently at the Mobberly Avenue post office for now.
I ordered from Amazon they delivered to my door but the mail person said the drive way was blocked even though I live in apartments so I had to wait the weekend for it to be delivered Monday well Monday came and the mail person this time put in the system it was delivered in my mail box I go to check my mailbox and no package now im calling the customer service and they had me waiting for a while hr if customer service closes at 8pm there should have been no reason I sat on hold for a 1 and I called at 6pm yall out of line

Losing mail, packages to Dallas go missing or takes them 2 weeks and look like if they step all over them. This is TX, why in the world you send your packages to Shreveport, LA before going to Dallas area!
