14The women in the back who get your deli stuff are rude particularly the one with colored hair. She is laughing and cutting up till a customer asks her to cut some meat! Then she's rude! Hates her job. All the way back up to the front where you can check out your own grocery the dark haired young girl watching you hates questions. Just saying please get nicer help.
My go to 4 groceries. I don't get groceries at walmart anymore. United keeps the ingredients simple and fresh. All of walmart's food is getting too genetically modefied for my liking.
The price gauging is ridiculous here! Wow. 10 dollars for a creamer I can get at a Neighborhood Walmart for 6.98. Yours was even on sale for 7.99 and still higher then your competitors. Literally pushed right back to Walmart by Uniteds unreasonable prices for food. The lack of customers should wake you up. So unfortunate.
Little disappointing that they added self check out. If I wanted that, I'd go to Walmart
The people and the two top managers are really good people. I all so enjoy working for my manager.
Well stocked and organized. Clean staff are pleasant. Staff always says hello ask how you are doing.
United is alitte more expensive than Walmart and other places but it also has a different varieties and some things have better quality.
It's depressing to see food cost still rising but that's not just here. Very friendly, only place that takes your bags out for you anymore, nice treat.
The price increases since the merger with Albertsons have been ridiculous. The staff are nice here, and the store is fine to shop in. Produce quality and product variety have also worsened since the merger. It's close to the house so I run here in a pinch, otherwise I try to find groceries from mom and pop places, or wait until I can go to HEB or Costco in Lubbock.
The deli is the worst. I use to love to stop by and eat but who ever is managing the deli department needs to be replaced soon. Tonight I stopped by and got pizza that most likely had been setting out since lunch. When I told them about it they said okay. I wonder if anyone is monitoring the food quality. It wasn't my first negative experience on sauncy. I won't go back
Always a pleasant experience and wonderful customer service! The staff is so amazing and friendly, always willing to help. Even when their systems are going wonky, they do their best to make customers happy.
Been going here for years and know most the workers. Feels good every time I hear someone say Hi and my name. Says a lot then a store can keep people for years and years.
