2Went there last year and they made a mistake on our taxes which caused us a problem with IRS. When I asked them for help they refused to help and accounting manager was very rude on a phone. Fortunately IRS helped us to solve this problem
Tax service was a nightmare! I took my elderly mother on February 23, to Bay Area location to help her with her taxes, I called them before we went there - they wouldn’t make an appointment but assured me that they are not busy right now. When we came, there was three accountants present, who was just sitting in their offices or wondering around. They made my elderly mom waiting for 1: 30, helping only one customer before us. The manager Bernadette was so rude that she made my mom crying, verbally abusing her, saying: if you can’t walk, why didn’t you bring the wheel chair? It was horrible, at some point I thought I have to call ambulance for my elderly mother. No respect, no mercy for elderly and vulnerable people. Will never go there again! And on top of that they couldn’t even explain how did they come to the numbers we have to pay, unexpectedly, on her taxes, when she has no income…
