Very poor shipping and receiving, rude, slow, racist they would raise their voice at you, they need to educate their workers on work ethics and how to be professional

This place is horrible. I came 6am and its 9 am and i have not been unloaded yet. We have to wait inside and the waiting area is freezing cold: (.

This place sucks! There are some warehouses that are slow but this GM place is unbelievably slow. Make sure you don’t have any other stops after you come here or make sure you have a full clock because this place will have you waiting forever. I’ve been driving for 10 years now and I have to say that this is the worst warehouse I have ever had to come to on a regular.

I came here for a 5am appointment time it turned out it was the wrong time. I had to leave and come come back. The guard told me that I had to leave the property as if I was a trespasser or something. He wouldn’t even let me wait like 5 mins for my dispatch to figure out what was going on and there was no other trucks there. He could of let me wait for like 5 mins. So if you come here you can’t come and post or park overnight. I advise against coming here more than 30 mins early.

This company has some of the worst drivers on the road and a very incompetent safety department. DOT needs to shut this place down! I will be filing a formal complaint with TxDot

This place is the definition of incompetence! They treat drivers like dirt, ignore appointment times, leave dozens of trucks hanging into the street while there are dozens of open dock doors, etc. This was our first visit here and hopefully our last. It’s clearly a Union warehouse. There is no excuse to treat drivers this poorly after what we deal with on the road. Avoid it like the plague if you can!

This work, it's super hot, it does not have water, it does not have napkins in the cafeteria, the bathrooms are dirty, the cafeteria, the people are very rude who have been working for years.

Takes forever to get unloaded over here and they make you wait in the heat since your not allowed in your truck for some odd reason

I absolutely hate coming here, the people at the gate get to excited to be in charged of something.literally the worst to deal with. Everytime ive been here employees are sitting around talking yet it takes forever to get unloaded.on top of that they take by “appointment” as if 80% of the times I’ve been here they’re busy.

High stress job, Mandatory work on your day off at their leisure. You have no say so. Piss poor management, could care less about you or your family. It's a revolving door there I should have picked up on it my 1st week.

If I could rate this a fraction of a star I would. 2+ hrs to unload, on a good day. God forbid you come on a day that it happens to rain. 18” of rain water just to get to the S&R window. Someone needs to drain this swamp.

This is a huge warehouse facility that has incoming and outgoing trucks regularly with GMC auto parts. There are plenty of dock doors for trucks.
At this location you have to slide you're tandems, chock the wheels and turn I'm your truck key with your paperwork.
Average wait time is an hour to an hour and a half.
The employees are cool.

Do not try to deliver early they are by appointment only! I walked in a day early the lady behind the counter snarled at me basically telling me they are closing and there was tow motors running around all over the place. I had one 100 pound pallet in the back of my van and she turned me away and told me to come back a day later at my scheduled appointment time!

It's a large distribution center for Universal and GM parts. Very congested and I don't thunk it's open to the public for sale items at this location.

Worst customer I ever dealt with in all my years of trucking. I think everyone that works there came off a short bus.literally.

This place is so slow.it takes 3 hour to unload half a trailer.the employees are trashed lazy people

GM Management wasting Soo much money on labor. Like why are half of these employees even still here. They keep the lazy ones and let the hardworkers go because they are a threat to the lazy cool with the boss employees

It's absolutely horrible the way they treat truck drivers like they are cattle! Totally unorganized! Had a 2 pm appointment. Expedited load and I finally got unloaded at 8 pm! Now I'm out of hrs no where to park in this area! Shame on you GM! You would think this is Mexico.

A women lied on me and accused me of not working just because I'm black.but it's a race situation that really need to be handled up there.

I want to know if we are allowed to park on site or there's a drive or a street next to this facility were allowed to park an 18-wheeler
