Do not use this place! Very rude and condescending when you challenge there knowledge about your vehicle. There are new workers & owner since I have been here last time.

If I could give a zero star I would. I called asking if they did window insert because I need to change it for my car inspection. Some guy answered being all rude about it. When he could had said is that they don’t offer that type of service. Don’t be rude to future customers, because I’ll make sure never to go there for anything.

They will charge you extra fees if you use groupon which made it worth a bit less, but I still saved about 10 dollars off the overall price compared to going elsewhere. The appointments are done by pen and paper and not electronically. There are also no calls or texts if the state inspector isn't available which wasted a bit of my time.

The maintenance notice on the car for an oil change wasn't resetted. Had gotten an oil change at walmart and they knew to do that. Not sure what I expected, but it wasn't a good impression.

Overall, I guess if you want a cheap inspection and mid level service you can go here.

I purchased a Groupon, used it two days later. Didn't make an appointment. There were three employees when I arrived. The one I believe to be the owner approached my car and asked what I needed, I said an inspection, he told me to park my car and go inside. A couple was inside, their car was being worked on. A guy came in, told me to put my info on the sign in sheet, said I was next and it would be a few minutes. It was cool in the lobby with a fan and an additional cooling unit. There was a TV with the news on, and there is a restroom and a coke machine. In about five minutes, the owner came in, checked the other couple out, and got to me. In about 15 minutes, my inspection was done. He was very friendly. Using the Groupon was a breeze. I'd go back for other services. It's my own stupidity for gettin an inspection in Harris county when I live in Galveston county. I didn't know I had to get it done in the same county as where I live. I looked on Groupon, found a place close to my job but on the way home, and thought it was a great deal. I haven't tried to buy my tags yet, but I'm sure it will know show that I got it inspected. So I wasted money, and will have to get it again, in Galveston county, and will likely have to pay full price as I didn't find any coupons or Groupons for places in Galveston county.

I've taken my Dad's car here twice and both times they did good work for a fair price. I mostly do my own maintenance and repairs, so I have an idea on what it takes. These guys take pride in their work, and it shows.

My experience was nothing short of amazing.the guys went out of their way to delivery A-1 service to my son and myself. They got his A/C up and running and was very upfront and reasonable on cost. I've already recommended 2 individuals to this shop. Thanks again guys

HE WILL FAIL YOU AND STILL CHARGE YOU

Ive been here a couple of times. Once for inspection (i failed, was given advice on where to find cheapest taillight covers, found such, replaced myself, returned and passed) and for an oil change. The wait times are reasonable and the staff nice.

I used a Groupon and it was an easy process. Just call ahead and make an appointment. All the guys there were nice and the work was done in a timely manner. I asked a few questions about a tune up and the guy took his time to explain everything they do and even told me I didn't need one yet. I'll be back again for my vehicle inspection.

In and out in less than 10 minutes for a state inspection with no problems. These guys are great! I will definitely be coming back with my other vehicles.

Cannot say enough about how incredible this shop is. Very impressed with the customer service and how fast they work. I am definitely coming here again for other car services.

BEWARE! Went for a vehicle
inspection, knowing everything on it would pass. The guy failed me saying my tint was too dark, which it's very light. I've had this same vehicle inspection done at other places and always passed. Said if I removed the tint he could pass it. Charged me for the services. I'm writing this review so people will be aware of this scammer. I even questioned how all the people driving around with darker tint than mine get passed an he said they are illegal. He couldn't find anything else wrong so he came up with this. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

Horrible service.slow workers.no respect for people time.terrible inspector failed vehicle for factory tint.waste of money.avoid this place for state inspections and especially if you value your time.

I came here because of the Groupon for state inspection. I called the day before and schedule an appointment for 10: 30am the following day. I came at 10: 20am. There was already a lady ahead of me. We both stood in that filthy waiting area with no one to come help us. No one was behind the front desk. We poked our heads to ask one of the technicians. He said oh the guy will be coming in soon. Really? No one is here to tend to their customers. 10 min later a guy leisurely strolled in. He tended to the lady ahead of me. When it was my turn, I told him I had an appointment at 10: 30am. He said that’s news to him. I said I spoke to you yesterday to set up this appt. He denied it completed. By then we are already 20 min past my original appointment. I provided my info to him and the car was inspected. But it was a very bad experience.

While I was there waiting, another customer walked in wanting to do an inspection. Guess what? The guy told him sorry dude you need an appointment if you want to use the Groupon deal. Or you can pay the regular price.

Ha! Now I know why he denied that I had an appointment. So that he can set himself up to charge me the full price.
