Universal Passports and Visas reviews
9Still trying to get my passport. I understand it’s covid and it’s shut down but I called to find out when and where? No answer.
Dec 2008 it was the week before our wedding (and Honeymoon in Mexico) and my future wife's passport had just expired. I rushed to Universal Passport and without any issues they got us her passport within a couple days. Godsend! We used them again to help me when my passport had expired before a trip to Haiti without any problem. About to use them for a 3rd time! Sorry other folks reviewing had a different experience but I'd highly recommend.
I had to wait 20 min for someone to attend me in a super bad mood. They didn’t even message or e-mail me when the visa was ready. Don’t go there.
Waited in their lobby 15 minutes. No one at the front desk. People in the back on their phones. No one ever came out. Finally left. Find it unprofessional and a waste of time.
A very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The lady who helped me was very friendly and we got the job done in a short time with no gliches. Just have all the info you need to get it done and the process is painless.
Don’t do business with this place. Attendant who answerd phone don’t care, asked to put on hold but never came back to the phone
Called in asking about process & price to obtain a Visa. Lady who answered was very rude/unprofessional. Luckly I found another place in Farmers Branch for a few more dollars, but definitely professional.
Gosh this place is such a mess! Me and my girlfriend went in to get our visa to China, first of all, the lady at the front desk is such a b*tch and just treating us like some kind of second class citizen. She rudely spoke to us regarding on not understanding the procedure to apply the visa, and thru out the process, the conversation was so poor that I want to tell her to stop being a b*tch. When we picked up the visa, she shove my girlfriends visa into her hand and told her "take it it's good for 10 years". If you have your job, maybe it's time to retire!
