Customer service here is always good. Today, customer service was exceptional! Adrian was superb from the time we stepped in the door tothe time we got back to our car. He was thorough, patient, and explained everything. The staff members are very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this location!

Universal toyota is a great place for service and mailing me coupons. The staff is friendly. Mr. Felix Rodriguez is a professional service advisor who I always ask for.courteous and very helpful in answering any I have.he also calls me after service for a follow up.great service.

Doesn’t matter if you make an appointment or not because it took me about 2 hours just to rotate my tires and top off fluids. Also sat in the waiting room freezing the whole time. It’s 45 degrees outside and raining the least they could do was put the heater on. Ridiculous.

Well my honesty opinion, some people behaive polyte and others very rude, and never give your car a corthesy wash even you request I do not know, why?

Do not use the service department here. Some stole $150 out of my truck. I called to tell my service advisor, I know no one is going to confess to taking the money but at least to file a complaint. My service advisor has yet to call me back.

I Purchased a vehicle and traded in another vehicle which I had a pending loan on and it's been over a month and universal has not done a pay off on the vehicle I traded in and now I have 2 car payments. I will probably never do business with them again as this will be hurting my credit because I had no idea they didn't pay it off and I was late on the previous car loan. Thanks a lot universal Toyota
