This Place is SUPER TRASH… From Management to the apartments. Whenever it’s rains, that’s means NO ELECTRICITY, When is winter NO GAS, That’s right. The Manager and staff hide from tenants and when you do catch up to them they just point the finger at each other until they can go hide again. The condition of 97 percent of these apartments it’s… painful. I truly feel sorry for the maintenance men, they come walk into the blind to the fury of the tenants because the manager and staff have ducked and dodge the tenants for days without heat or electricity and the winter time and remember that’s it’s newborns to the elderly here that they do this too. People that are on a set income who pay there bills and still have to find a way to keep warm and find food because the can’t cook the food they already paid for or they might not have a ride or the money. So if you read this before you move in…. Just know YOU DESERVE BETTER. These Conditions Have Been Like This For Years. I wish I could take that star back, but can’t post without it

Honestly it's not bad how people explain it is.
People just be over Exaggerating under their public posts! When I was staying there, they helped me a lot. The community is really a safe and friendly environment. Everybody there was really understandable and really sweet. Since I had dealt my own personal problems by myself my neighbors in my alarm complex helped me a lot. They would come and check to see if I'm good even the workers. I 100% recommend staying STILL at this day I want to go back (: .

Part of my bathroom ceiling fell in and the complex took 5 months and dozens of work orders to put a patch on it saying they would completely fix it in a few days. One week later the patch started to fall in because they never repaired the broken pipe which poured water from it everytime the upstairs tennet took a shower. I put in dozens of more work orders and finally had to move after 4 more months of nothing happening because mold started to form. They then tried to charge me 3 grand after I moved because they had to fix the ceiling damage. This was just one experience I had, the ceiling fan in the room also fell on me 2 days after moving in and they took three months to fix that. The roaches were also terrible and you could never really get rid of them because of the unkept apartments. Avoid this place at all costs they have screwed me over at several apartments because of their claim that I owe them money.

Horrible place to live. With the manager always problems with her. Bad maintenance job.
