University Courtyard Apartments, Temple TX

AMAZING! I disagree with these one star reviews in my opinion University Courtyard is super friendly and makes you feel like family. I’ve lived here for quite some time and never had a problem with anything or anyone. I know it’s hard for the managers at the front Elisa and Jaime to maintain this but they absolutely do! It’s so close and convenient to temple college and as a student this is super helpful. <3 I also am just such a big fan of my roommates that I’ve been paired with they are like my best friends and University court yard made that happen. Another great thing is we (me and my friends that I’ve made at uca) are always looking for things to do and University Courtyard is always coming up with activities for the residents to do! Again I want to thanks Elisa and Jaime for helping make this huge step in my life become a reality so easily! <3<3

I moved in august 15th. I had lots of questions and needed answers. The front desk associates Larissa and Bailey had all the answers. They were sweet, kind and helpful. I 100% recommend!

Love love love living here. I met my best friends here. I couldn’t ask for better roommates, it was so nice to move to a new area and immediately meet the best people! Love the office staff, they made me feel so welcome.

I promised after my first review I would update I just hope there's enough room for it. If all of the fives reviews were real, why is this place half empty? Please text if you need the full story. I have had to be rushed to the hospital 4 times because of all the cat hair in broken ac unit left in apartment. My gate lock still broken after 4 months. My dog has gotten out 10 times, a 125 cane corso. My door lock was broken 2 months until I shoved a knife in the bottom and jiggled it, microwave does not work, stove top does not work. I failed out from missing so much school to illnesses. In case I run out of room message about amenities. Posting first day photos. Office Kept my phone 3 weeks after it was delivered, no mail since I moved in! I haven't been able to pay rent because I couldnt get my Pell and scholarship money due to missed school. Not one Amenity is available to u. Courtrtyard kept dark fell in open holes. Need More? They advertise rooms on CL for rent to anyone and try to tell me only students. I have screenshots. Hell I will rent a 4 bedroom with good ac paid 6 months in advance for $1600 and not sue, let's see if they care about their tenants.

I am trying to Relet a Lease for my daughter. I paid the person in the office, to do so however was told we need the Office Manager to cancel the lease. We made the payment at 10am today and the OM wasn't there. We have been calling all day and no answer. This is so damn unprofessional.

This is one of the most well-Run apartment buildings a good 6 to 7 months they take care of they people especially the Manger Elisa

The front office staff is extremely friendly! Elisa and Jaime always organize fun events for residents to participate in to meet people in the community.

Joseph “Papa Daddy” is by far the best fixer upper I know anything broken put in a work order boom it’s fixed I’m telling you the man is quick with it just be easy with him don’t rush him and he’ll get to you.

Jaime did such a great job at giving me a tour. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Allow me to tell you about Jaime he’s helped me through a lot my first 2 months living here, with my FASA messing up and my roommates a bother. He helped me work things out with them and spoke to the college to help me with FASFA.

The new management has been very helpful and consistent on letting everyone know about what’s coming up.
This hasn’t happened at the apartments before so I appreciate the new management working with making the apartments better.
Also, I enjoy living and hanging with all my friends around the apartment, and it’s a joy being here!

The new management is really great and friendly so just look for them. The apartments are great place to find friends and close to the college

I’ve had an amazing time here! So sad to be leaving next month, gonna miss all the friends I’ve made……. And the pool

I love living here while going to school it's quiet. They just did renovations this summer and it's beautiful. The office team is friendly and always try to get the issue fixed if you have one with the maintenance. I recommend staying here and it's cheaper too if you stay with 3 other people.

I'm currently a resident and overall it's pretty alright. When I first moved in the previous residents moved out just recently it seemed because the apartment was dirty, I do appreciate them leaving some kitchen utensils. The staff and really nice and helpful. My apartment had a few things needing to be fixed like the kitchen light and the burner which were fixed that day I moved in. I also like the other residents I've made a few friends here.

Jaime was very accommodating when it came to answering any questions or concerns I had during the tour, he is very knowledgeable in his job.:)

The service was not the best when I first moved in and had a very hard time with the old manager as he was very rude and lied to me about multiple things, but the new management is awesome! I have not had any issues with them and they have helped me with any issues or questions I have had! It’s great for living and going to college! Staff has been great recently!
