They make up charges to scam tenants to refurbish their outdated and awful apartment complex.
Save yourself the time and money and don't live here. All Matthew cares about is money and he will do everything he can to milk you of every penny, like having maintenance enter apartments with no notice to replace "broken" blinds that aren't actually broken and charge you $100 for flimsy plastic blinds that look and feel like they're worth no more than $10. Matthew consistently has maintenance enter apartments with no notice. The only "cleaning" done before move in is vacuuming carpets and wiping down counters, no deep cleaning is involved although residents are charged HUNDREDS in cleaning fees. Corporate greed and absolute idiocy at its finest.
