3Let me start off by saying I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The apartment is ill maintained with faulty electrical outlets and not at all how it’s pictured. The management does not bother to hear any concerns and has placed me and my roommates on hold only to hang up on numerous occasions with no explanation. Charged us $50 for electricity for ONE DAY that was prior to when we even moved in. Upon questioning the bill in person bcos they wouldn’t pick up the phone we were ignored and made to feel like fools. They were already overcharging us on rent and in addition to that, we were told that we have a $350 cap on water, electricity, etc.and they are claiming that we went above the limit and requesting that we pay additional fees. WE ARE COLLEGE STUDENTS. We are barely home when we’re there and we go home on weekends. If you’re going be money hungry at-least do so within the bounds of the quality of the apartment. Make it make sense.
If i could give this place NEGATIVE STARS i DEFINITELY WOULD! Literally a walking drug zone! I’ve been here two years and had more trouble with these people than i have anywhere else! My ceiling in my bedroom has fallen in 3 times since i’ve been here.the last time (just recently from hurricane nicholas) it’s been 3 weeks and i STILL have a trash bag stapled to my ceiling! They go through apartment managers like crazy, one day it’s one lady then next it’s someone completely different.came home today to get ready for work and maintenance is in my apartment.no signs or warning no call.no nothing.and for something i never even called in about! Ridiculous! Oh not to mention i’ve asked for extermination to come out each week because they have a roach & flea problem when i have 0 animals! I pay for that monthly but only have came out one time in 2 years! The office people are incredibly rude and hateful.do not move here.literally will cause more headache than anything! Here are pictures from this last time my ceiling has fallen out! And the water build up in the trash bag that is still stapled 3 weeks later!
It's a cool little place good prices and the management team is on the ball.
I highly recommend this place.
