DO NOT LIVE OR RENT HERE! The office staff are very rude, and are not helpful at all, when it comes to providing important information. Tried breaking our lease, but the property manager is extremely rude and almost never available to talk to when you call. On top of that, the living conditions are terrible. Having to constantly make calls about pest issues and maintenance requests. Moved into a different unit, and dealt with the same issues. Even the apartments were dirty upon move-in, and we left them in a much cleaner state upon move-out, yet we were still charged for improper cleaning. Also the communal laundry room is pitiful. Lots of laundry machines are not working properly, or at all. Save your money and definitely rent somewhere else. Make sure wherever you rent, it's not owned and operated by DTI Properties!

Manager, Nicole Kuhn, is incredibly rude to staff, tenants and guests alike. Other reviews confirm that her behavior is unacceptable. This complex will ignore your requests for pest control for weeks and still not do a good job of handling the issue. The managing company, DTI Investments, will absolutely not answer their corporate number for any concerns and have a false phone number listed online. Avoid this property. It’s not worth the headache.

Interestingly the rent was raised, but services and facilities are still poor. Clientele is sketchy and drug use is prevalent. When management was asked to address illegal drug use in neighboring apartment where smell was transferring they offered no assistance forcing non-drug users to live with the health hazard and thereby condoning drug use on premises. I believe that person is currently seeking assistance from an attorney now for suit against the owner or they soon will be. Definitely sounds like breach of contract with damages may occur. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR YOUR COLLEGE STUDENT!

I would give 0 stars is able, they are completely disgusting office, gym, and outside of the buildings. Everything looked as if it was rotting on the outside, I contacted the office multiple times about maintenance issues and was told that it wasn’t their problem. Office staff would enter my apartment without my permission or knowledge, I would come home to random people in my apartment for no reason. The request were never put in and always ignored, the front off is extremely rude especially the managers, every time I talked to them or picked up a package. I would get charged for random things and when I brought it up they still made me pay it. After move out I was charged insane amounts for things that did not happen. Only move In here if you want to be unsafe, charged random amounts, ignored and insulted by everyone that works there.

Horrible conditions also office people are rude, the apartment was cleaner when my son left then when it was when we moved him in, I personally cleaned the place. And they charged me for dirty stuff, just to get extra money. My son is not a slob.maybe hire some real maids to clean before you rent the places you sent 2 when we moved in to clean the oven lol looked the same when they left! Never again, also my son had respiratory issues the whole time he lived there, blood work even after he moved out, Black mold from the apt! He is now better after moving out

Do you like to bathe in milky and rusty water? Then this is the place for you!
Do you like that the apartment is unfinished and has exposed nails for you to poke yourself with?

Do you enjoy an entrance full of potholes that’s bound to damage your car in the long run?
Then this is the place for you!
Do you like a lot of roaches and a nonexistent bug exterminator because they can’t afford one?
Then this is definitely the place for you!

You’ll absolutely hate it here. Not worth it

Absolutely horrible! If I could I would give it NO STARS Everything that could go wrong with this place does. Including hot water ALWAYS being turned off and brown.

Stay away from this one. The leasing office isn't very friendly, especially the manager. They refuse to accept packages, even when requested, and aren't very nice to delivery personnel trying to do what they're asked.

I have no complaints. Maintenance does an amazing job. The young gentleman William is excellent and friendly. The staff are kind as well.

I have lived here for a year and a half.and they have all new leasing staff now and they are no longer accepting packages.so now with people who work all week and go to school, we have to try and go to the post office to pick up packages because they wont deliver them to the door.really screwing over their residents
