THEIVES.the towed my truck and travel trailer. From the accident which was fine.they did not think I was coming to get my belongings cause I was from AZ. Well I made it. 2 days b4 deadline. And my $1000 dollar Lincoln wire feed welder was taken and my Milwaukee pack out with multiple m18 cordless tools were missing to. Another 1200 dollars. DO NOT USE THEM. AT ANY COST. UPDATE got part of the Milwaukee pack out. But it was empty so still missing about $1400. Of tools and a part of the pack out

Good company. Was a little bit of wait time but they communicated with me and answered every single one of my phone calls. The drivers that came out to help me were very nice I wish I had their names. I recommend.

Very disappointed. Everything was good loading my car then when unloading my tire was punctured with something on their tow bed. Driver was very remorseful and apologized and said this would get taken care of. She even called and they said they would. After a week of saying they would get back to us, the manager Travis spoke very condescending towards my wife and I, saying they are not responsible that a huge chunk of steel punctured my tire from their bed. That is was impossible and it came from car. Even after sending him pictures. From the very beginning I did not ask for help, THEY offered it! Then to turn around and speak to us the way he did. Awful, joke of a company and management. No reflection on driver she was great.

We called Unlimited Towing today to change a flat tire on the highway. They sent a Lovely young lady out to get us fixed up and back on our way. The young lady that they sent out, Shonny, was Awesome! She was Very Polite and Very Professional and knew her job Very well! Within about 10 minutes we were back up and running. We wanted to give this Lovely young lady a tip for her services but did not have any cash on us since we just left the tattoo parlor. Hopefully you don’t have to call and get a flat or towing done. But if you do, these are Definitely the people that you need to call! Shonny, Thank You Very Much for being you! You are Awesome!

I had a tire blow out on my way home today. Dustin arrived quickly and made sure we got into his truck safely and got us off the highway. My roadside company booked a closed location to send me to! Dustin was very helpful and patient until I made a few calls and found a better way. Very friendly and customer minded.

My technician Shonie, notified me regarding her ETA. Greeted me with professional courtesy and warm smile. Shortly after, she had my door opened and I was on my way. Job well done. She is skilled and professional. Thank you
