I got a big sign that state where to leave packages at but nope only ups throws my package in my yard with 2 visible dogs in the yard…I have several video of ups driver tossing my package in my yard for my dogs to destroy. I literally purchased a sign that says “ ups driver please leave packages here” and another one that say please don’t place packages in yard, dogs will destroy! But they’re the only delivery carrier who don’t follow instructions causing me to lose money and my time several times! Not to mention they won’t answer your calls to file a complaint or to make sure these driver are reading these signs and respecting my packages. This happen several time with ups

Absolute worst! Rescheduled a very important package for 12/12 so I could be there to sign for it. It never shows and they have no idea where it is. What’s the point of having an option to change a delivery if you can’t deliver

Horrible! They lost our package and kept lying about where it was because they didn't want to admit they lost it! We spent days and hours on the phone with them and all we got was lie after lie! So disgusted

Correctly addressed packages are getting refused in a DIFFERENT TOWN. UPS will not answer the phone or provide an explanation.

They did not deliver so I went to see why and they were looking out for me the box was damaged and some parts could be missing. This was awhile back but when looking at reviews nobody puts the good stuff they do in. They have helped me several times.

UPS has been getting much worse w their drivers and service. Had a return for pickup. Amazon said they (UPS) would pick up 10: 30-9. Said if no one home they’d leave the label. I am home alllll day. 9 o’clock comes and no UPS. Get ready for bed and I’ll be darned 9: 07 doorbell catches the driver walk up, look at the door, and dropped the label on my doormat! We have porch light on 24/7. NO doorbell rung. NO knock, NOTHING! Husband tried to get to the door but the truck was already half way down our block. If I didn't have doorbell camera I wouldn’t have known the label was there and we all know west TX is windy. Would have been gone by the morning. If I’d have known I was going to have to go drop it off myself I would have just done the return myself originally. Sad!

Rescheduled after waiting all day, and it was supposed to be delivered a day prior but wasn’t even attempted. Then once they did the first time, they updated it saying it was their second attempted delivery (and after the third, it’s returned to the sender). I waited until almost 9 at night. I stepped out to get dinner, left a signed note with a number and how long is been waiting just in case because I desperately needed it for work and within those 30 minutes, meaning after 9pm- even though it said should be delivered by 7pm. Ridiculous because it is a Friday and they don’t open again until Monday. I spoke to customer service and they just told me I had to take it up with them directly to file a dispute on number of attempted deliveries and HOPE they intercept and resolve before the final delivery and hope they’re honest about the signature on the sticker left since they weren’t honest otherwise. Pointless to talk to anyone and apparently after reading other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence here.

Well.here we go again. Packaged supposed to be delivered Friday. I looked at tracking about 9pm.said it's been rescheduled for Monday. I NEEDED that package Friday. This is ridiculous. And this isn't the first time. If I did business like this place I wouldn't be in business.

Constantly rescheduling the deliveries. Was needing something here Friday. Said it would be delivered by 8pm. About 830.says it's rescheduled for Monday. And this is not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. Sick and tired of this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They'll respond to this post by saying they're sorry and they'll work to improve it.yet it keeps happening.

Said it was delivered to front porch but couldn't have been because we have locked gate! Now I have to go and find my pkg! Not happy!

I recommend using FEDEX.
UPS is a former shell of itself. I work all over the country and have the same issues with UPS everywhere so I know it's a systemic problem.
The corporate management doesn't know how their company runs or don't care. I have had UPS litterally change a good address to an incorrect address and then declare it undeliverable. This shipment company commits all the cardinal sins of a poorly run and staffed company and still have the attitude that they are a market leader as they slowly bleed and lose customer support and market share. I applaud the day this poorly managed monstrosity goes by the wayside, to the corporate trash heap. If you are running a business that depends on shipping to non standard places, use FEDEX, ups will cost your business time and money.

I've ordered and ordered from Amazon, and UPS keeps losing my packages. Unsure which place in Odessa, Texas, but they keep saying something is delivered, and I never seen a thing! It's so frustrating, especially when you need something really bad and I need it to arrive on time! Ugh! Then go to reorder, either have to wait another week or so, or they're out of stock! That's when I really get upset. I feel like they're thieves!
I hope Amazon drops them "again" and gets a delivery service that is honest and dependable, if that even exists anymore!
Oh, and just so, "UPS knows. " I don't do Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
Just online ordering. And that's getting almost ridiculous. I was trying to stop with Walmart and use Amazon, but with this service, I'll need to check on some other delivery services. Ugh!
Ha! I didn't even mention earlier that we were heading to get something to eat after work, but seen our packages "were delivered" & turned around to get back home, only to find nothing at our doorstep. Looked around at all the neighbors' houses nearby, nothing.
Called Amazon & they say UPS marked 'delivered' but didn't deliver! To wait till Monday, NOTHING showed up, so then I had to reorder (what I could), only to have to wait a whole another week! -Thus, the beginning of this review.

Package said out for delivery Tuesday, by the end of the day said it was rescheduled. On Wednesday said out for delivery, then by the end of day rescheduled. Today, Thursday march 30 said out for delivery, then said delivery attempted now being held for pick up. I’ve been here each day, all day for these three days waiting for delivery. Not one knock or ring. It’s a bigger package so I’m assuming they just don’t want to bring it to my door. Hours are also ridiculous because we all work those hours and I wouldn’t be able to pick up! But closed Sunday when people are off and able to pick up. Customer service said the location would call me to reschedule a pick up, of course they never called.

These guys are rocket scientists. Everyone of them should be working for Space X or NASA, not here in west Odessa at the UPS warehouse

The worst service experience ever… items don’t come when scheduled. I had a package yesterday said delivered on porch, first of all my packages was no where on the property and how could they put it on my porch when nobody has access to my porch I have a gate! Call called nobody could help me! It is a very expensive item that I need asap! UPDATE, why would your response be send a message on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter when I’m not on either one of them I came to your Google account that is not a proper way to file a complaint.
