UPS Customer Center reviews
16UPS is terrible and you can never talk to anyone. The automated phone system is horrible. Whenever I have a package from Amazon they can never seem to find my house. Amazon does not have a problem with my address. The UPS driver even wrote on my gate, which is actually vandalism. It is absolutely ridiculous.
Leave it to UPS to always fuk up the delivery. Then you call and you get Aladdin on the phone who can barely speak English and he's supposed to provide me with support? What kind of joke is this? My package requires a signature and I have wasted 2 days waiting for UPS to show up only to have the driver show up in front of my house and fumble around his truck for 10 minutes before pulling off again. Don't call customer service because you just get a Pakistani hotline. From now on I will refuse to purchase from anybody who uses UPS as their shipping method. UPS is now India's delivery service. Walmart even provides customer service in UPS. I would give this a negative review but it only allow me to give it a one-star.
Great customer service. Little bit of a wait due to the holiday mail. Normally there is not much of a wait die to pick service.
The clerks ALWAYS helping, they will push the customer cart to my car, helping bring in my packages, they treat me very professional. It is a pleasure to do business there. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
I picked up a package at will call. Deborah was super helpful. It was over 100 degrees outside, and she still cheerfully helped me get my large package to my vehicle.
I have been trying to get a package for over a week. They can never seem to find my address. Customer service is horrible. Can never get anybody to answer your call! UPS is terrible.
I ordered a package over a year ago that cost me just over $1000. Package never came. I have been researching, emailing, calling, contacting middle man logistics, the seller. UPS did not deliver my package properly and now I am out $1000. It like it has been a battle. I'm from the South and even lived in ATL for a while. Sad that a company based in Atlanta wont take care of its clients. I will always ensure that any business I am involved with does not use UPS in any way, shape, or form.
UPS day of delivery is never on time. I remember when it was trustworthy back a couple decades but today. Uffff…. They are always late and sucks. Pretty sad for those companies that pay for their services.
I would leave 0 stars if I could how is my package out For delivery all day and then at the end of the day they say they can't deliver the package because no one was home to sign for it. That's why I said leave it on the doorstep and when I called they were like the driver didn't feel comfortable leaving it on the doorstep. How does he get to make that decision when I explicitlysaid to leave it on the doorstep. I had to call four times. No one’s called me back the fifth time I called I spoke with someone named Sam who said I would go look for the pack And call you back and he still hasn’t called me back and it’s a medical package that I need for an appointment tomorrow.
This is now the third or fourth time that UPS has been unable to deliver a package because they keep on saying the address is wrong. The address is not wrong, do not understand why Fedex, amazon and the postal service can deliver to the address, but UPS can't. Now, I have to go pick up my package from their distribution center again. If I could pick who delivered my packages I would not pick UPS.
Awful Awful service or lack thereof! Two supposed delivery attempts and I’ve been home both times! 20 minutes on the phone with UPS and ZERO help!
Impossible hours for those of us who work and can't afford to call off work just to send out a package. Whoever decided on these hours has 0 consideration for working customers and should be FIRED.
UPS is terrible. The best they can tell me is delivery sometime before 7pm? I am supposed to sit home all day to make sure I am here to sign for a package?
Scheduled a same day Saturday pickup for $24 and they didn’t show. Of course, they only offer to reschedule it and also claimed that my apartment number was wrong, so why not call to confirm it if you were already in the complex? Also, if there was an attempt (which there wasn’t) why didn’t I see any UPS trucks turn into the complex? Why are these expensive pickups not being prioritized? Being one digit off of an apartment number is no excuse. This is not the first time this has happened in this area with UPS pickups.
This place is great at losing packages and not caring or attempting to look for them. Theyd rather deal with the loss claim than resolve the issues. The drivers also tend to take the packages out foe delivery then not deliver them and take them back to the hub at night.
