Took my clothes a week ago to get them cleaned and pressed. Everything turned out great! Erik the clerk, was friendly and positive.

Erik is a wonderful cashier and should deserve a raise for all of the hardwork he does to keep the cleaners going!

Very arrogant attitude clerk. Very long processing times. Unbothered by customer needs or inquiries. Not returning any time soon.

Great and clean environment soon as I walked in. Friendly staff with a great smile, very polite service. Better yet quick turn around & great dryclean quality. Most definitely recommend

Charged me $115 for 5 panta and 10 shirts after I specifically asked just for a press. This place is a ripoff. There regular press rates are double other places

Quick 1-2 day turn around times. Clean and fresh environment while I drop off my garments. Makes me feel like home. I would recommend dropping off early mornings for next day pick up.

I have never had an issue with the quality of service at Upscale in EaDo but when I recently dropped off clothes to have them pressed and emphasized that I wanted assurance that buttons would not be damaged I was urged to have my clothes laundered instead of just pressed as it would be cheaper than just having them pressed. I gladly conceded to this cheaper price but when I picked up my clothes I was notified that my clothes were dry cleaned instead of being pressed only because dry cleaning was more protective of buttons that might otherwise have been damaged.

I appreciated the attention to the quality I needed BUT I did not appreciate the additional $50.00 upcharge that resulted in this service.

It's not that I wouldn't have paid this gladly (which I did begrudgingly), but to not have been notified of such a large increase in my expected payment was not professional. This should have been handled differently and will impact my desire to use Upscale again in the future.

I have been going to Upscale Heights Dry Cleaners for more than a year and very pleased with the service and quality that they provide for my garments. Everything is always cleaned correctly, on time and they’ve never lost any of my pieces. There have been times when I was unable to pick up my clothes in a timely manner unexpectedly and they’re always very patient and kind. What really sets them apart is their honesty: my husband left his AirPods in his pants and they pulled them out and saved them for me until I picked up the garments. We were so grateful! I highly recommend Upscale Heights Dry Cleaners to anyone - they’re the best around.

I have used this place for about a year and a half, dropping off my work clothes along with my husband's suits and button downs. The guy that works the front desk is unfriendly, unwilling to listen and unwilling to help. He has little to no product knowledge and can be curt and condescending. We've continued to use them because of the convenience but now we are done. They scorched a blouse of mine and when asked to fix it, said I would have to sign a waiver if they did any further damage. What? So they ruined my shirt and in order to even attempt to rectify the situation they need me to sign stating it is ok to further damage the shirt? Makes no sense. I took my shirt and will be moving along. If your clothing is damaged, they do nothing to make it right.
