Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, Houston TX

My son loves going to play at Urban Air! We just don't understand why it takes so long to get people checked in!? That is the most frustrating part of our experience every single time.

Sky Rider slow and inefficient.takes 20 seconds to ride after waiting 30 minutes and there were only 5 people in line ahead of our daughter.

My kids had a ball. Hard to keep track of them. Concerned about safety and if someone can leave with someone else's kid.

This place has alot of fun activities for kids recommend the ultimate package for a kid 6 and older. Only problem is concession stand could have a couple more workers so the line is not to long. Kids have fun it’s all that matters.

I'll start by saying this, I had a birthday party here and the kids had fun. So I went back 3 weeks later and realized how gross this place is. (See attached pictures). They should really shut this place down for 1 day to CLEAN it really good. Candy wrappers EVERYWHERE, used tissues all over steps, rotting food on equipment. We also paid the extra for "ultimate", the line for the zipline was 15-20 minutes, then they closed it for 45 minutes to clean.well kids who haven't had a chance to do it should either be refunded the extra, or given more time

It's a very fun place especially with the latest updates. The only downside is that when there's only a few people there, it gets a little. Boring. I still love the place.

Lost my phone in the ball pit. I don't think I'm ever getting back my phone. They said they'll call if they have found it, but it's been a week and a half.

Pretty much the best rides or extra kind of disappointed when you have to tell your five-year-old daughter she can't ride on it because we didn't pay for it

Always a great timeout for parents and a nice time for children. I wish they had better food options though.

This place has alot of fun activities for kids the Only problem is the bathrooms are always very dirty, smell really bad the floor always wet and the whole place has too much dust I don’t recommend to take your child there.

I just sat around while my lil girl played. The was scared of the zip line but loved it once she did it. Didn't like that 2 jalapenos sat in the massage chairs for 30 minutes while the lil alarms went off and none of the staff said schitt

The parking lot is alway too full. The kids have a lot of fun. But I don't like that much. But I need to be fair. Clean place, kids look safe playing there. Good for them.

The kids definitely love this place but the prices have gone up dramatically. If you want to be able to do the climbing walls you're forced into the top package at $25 per kid

Great way to let kids play in a safe environment! Kids get pretty tired after a few hours in this park!

I was not impressed with this particular urban air. The employees that I had dealings with need to be re-trained. The finer detailes are missed there. Won't go back there.

Some of the staff is pretty friendly others are pretty dry, maybe cause they are mostly teenagers. Very busy location, the membership is totally worth it

Took my kids here today at 12 turn out that is only for home school kids never heard of such a thing it doesn't said it online or anywhere in the building.so we couldn't play. Disappointed
