Urban air showed my baby a great time for her birthday even though we didn’t do a party there. Came in from out of town ordered my tickets online. Very easy and simple step. Got there and the vibes were there. Very friendly staff, everything was everything and how they advertised it online, was very pleased with that & the service. Food was good. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our trip to Urban Air. Courtney took care of us. She was kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Friday and Saturday are NOT the day to be a walk -in. Birthday parties make the place packed and pure chaos.

We have had a membership since 2020. We love coming after work until close. We try to go as often as possible to let the kids run off energy. Good food, potato fries and funnel cake fries are the best.

Only Cons would be how messy it gets after mobbed by irresponsible patrons, and how pricey the drinks are (even just ice water).

After my FOUR year old and SIX year old waited in line over 10 minutes for the climbing wall they decided to close it and shut the gate on my children. When I asked why they did that to my children the teenager shrugged his shoulders like I didnt matter and continued doing what he was doing. Will not be coming here again.

It's a good place of entertainment for kids. However, it's not very family friendly and I wonder if management realizes this.

I took my kid to have fun with her friends, but I have twin babies so while her dad watched her, I had the twins. One of them needed a diaper change so I went to the bathroom expecting a changing table and there wasn't one. I caught an employee on the way out, who didn't wash her hands, and asked if the closed family restroom could be open so I could use the changing table. She told me no, because there isn't a changing table in the family restroom. She told me to go next door and hopefully Burlington had one I could use. It was raining outside. I had twin babies.

So, you know what? I changed him on top of one of the tables NEAR where they prep food. It was the ONLY space open. Birthday parties were happening and my baby had pooped.

From that point on, I counted how many babies were there in the short couple hours we were there. At least 5 other babies.

Sarah at the Tyler location was extremely helpful, I’ll will be coming back because of her!

I had my sons birthday party scheduled for 7pm on 12/31/2022. The room was clean and set up. I had scheduled the pizza and chicken strips to be ready at 7: 30pm, and by 7: 32 the party host was already bringing it in without me having to ask her to check up on my order. The pizza was super cheesy, it was 8 boxes of pizza and a 20 count of chicken strips and we could tell everything was freshly cooked! Austyn (our party host) was keeping up with us and even went out of her way to find birthday candles and a lighter because I forgot to bring mine! Kennedy Allen, the manager, also came to the room a couple of times to make sure everything was going great. My only complain was that it was freezing in the play areas (the room was actually very cozy), but I guess they keep it cold to keep the kids comfortable while they are having fun getting sweaty! 10/10 recommend!

We bought the monthly pass for our family, it's always a good reward for good behavior to let loose and play on all the challenging obstacles they have.

Not enough staff to function on a full scale, concession was terrible. One cashier on a Saturday poor lady was out numbered and unable to enter promotional codes or sell alcohol. Waited 20 min for a manager. Which turned into a whole unessary thing. I wanted food to feed my family not a refund. Kennedy did not take the time to listen, instead she was quick to give me a refund.
Kudos to the lady trying her best to hold down concessions by hereslef 12.17.22 at 530pm In the neon green shirt. She deserves a raise. KENNEDY YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO UR CUSTOMERS, AND ADDRESS THE ISSUE ACCORDINGLY. You cost the company more by giving a refund than giving me the free slice from the promo.

First and last time for this place. The front desk girls are nice and helpful but it goes down hill from there. We brought our eight year old daughter and at least 15 times I had to scream at older kids who were pushing, shoving and running over the younger ones. Staff didn't seem to care. Some of the perpetrators were 15 maybe 16 years old. Forget you urban air.

My great-grandkids go to Urban-air pretty frequently. They always have a ball and I feel like it is a safety/ security experience for them.
