A secure space for children to let loose. They are constantly monitored by the staff and called out to if they are putting themselves at risk.

Very clean play space. The food takes a little while but it's very good. Those chicken wings are a must have.

I noticed police officers on patrol inside so parents can feel safe that quick action can be taken by the law if needs arise.

We enjoyed our stay. Babies are welcome

First time coming here to this location! Was greeted by a guy at the front desk with relaxation he was a breeze. Amari took over and rocked the rest of my intro. She was very sweet, quick, efficient, helpful and I can tell she is a really good worker! She was so sweet and her customer service match her personality. I was able to find a place to decorate for my son's birthday. Family canceled on us, leaving it just my two sons and my husband. I had to make this experience grand! His favorite food is pizza. I went ordered pizza and was greeted by Skylar. He was nice but his customer service skills could be a lot better. I asked if I could order a pizza, he had to go ask thr back. I'm guessing the guys said "no"? He came back laughing saying they were doing no more pizzas. This place closes at 8 or none.it's only around 450pm.why can't I get a pizza? There was a full pizza sitting to my right. I asked if I could get that pizza, he went asked and came back smirking and saying they said no. Horrible service. He was sweet but it just didn't sit well. Whomever the Cook was, I can tell he didn't have the greatest personality as well. I didn't ask for a manager, didn't want to cause trouble. Customer service makes the business. Thr birthday party was already a fail, having his favorite food on the table would atlest make it better. I ended up ordering Dominores pizza. The clerk was able to give me a coupon for 2 Lege pizzas for 29$$ I would've paid $15 for one med pizza here anyway, so I guess everything happens for a reason overall, kids are having a blast. Just need to leave a review for others and thr business owners to acknowledge that customer service plays well in business.

I would be less inclined to give a good review (food and prices leave a lot to be desired) BUT Tamir was such a great staff member: funny and kind to kids, helpful, encouraging.as an educator, seeing young adults who are kindhearted and affable with little ones just warms my heart. Treat that gentleman well, Urban Air! He makes y'all look good!

The place is just okay. I'm giving it 3 stars because it kept my kids entertained. However, there are some serious cleanliness and equipment issues that need solving.

Be prepared, nothing teenagers run the place. I have yet to see an adult anywhere besides the parents of the children they brought. One of them got snappy with kids, took the ball from the court trampoline and threw it in a bucket and walked away from them all because some of the kids wouldn't line up exactly the way she wanted. They were trying her patience was just short.

Would definitely give this place a zero Stars If ItWas possible. We sat and waited for a pizza for 2 hours and still never got it. This place is filthy like there was food and drinks spilled all over the place. We eventually asked for a refund on both the passes and food. Don't go here!

My kids love this place and I don't know whether all pple do this we recycle our socks (wash them then bag then trunk) thus save alittle. Also sometimes they have offers on Groupon alway trying to save a dollar and have fun too.

It was a fun evening out for kids I half to admit I had fun myself but there is a few things that should be concerned my son went on zip ties and no one was at the other end they seemed to be playing more and chatting he came off grabbing the nets someone could get seriously hurt your dealing with younger kids at this point there were dirty bandages on the rubber blocks teenage kids sitting along the trampolines I want to think they know employees there they were all sitting and chatting so no one could use them I seen employees talking to them it was fun for the majority of time but they should be more carful with young kids in the building

We had a great time. They seemed to be understaffed, because some of the attractions would close, so they could run another one, then they'd switch. In spite of this, the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help or address any concerns. We'll definitely return, even though it's not the closest location to us.

It's cool, for the kids, a good selection of activities.

The staff does not do a great job of walking the area and ensuring their rules are followed. There's a young lady who works the snack area and she provides good customer service, but her manager or supervisor.his attitude is not complimentary of an establiment, with whom's sole purpose is fun and enjoyment. His attitude & his disrespectful demeanor won't only deter many patrons from purchasing an item or maybe even coming back.it could motivate someone to respond with a higher level of disrespect. You hired teenagers & young 20 somethings to execute, but their temperament is based on their maturity and the ability to understand customer service. In the absence of customer service, some of us look at giving someone money without recieving the value of what we paid for, as taking from us and not all of us are void of responding in a physical way, to the disrespectful tone, of a young man who thinks he's doing us a favor, by paying his paychek.

Other than, that.my kid comes, to jump, he does that until he can't feel his feet anymore and we leave. Mission accomplished.

Wonderful indoor play area for kids and adults! The staff was courteous and professional and moved around assisting kids with attractions. They also actively tried to maintain a safe play environment by putting away balls and foam squares that left their areas and reminding kids to walk.

If I could put negative "stars" I would. When I purchased my daughters wrist band at the front I told them I'd like her band for anything she can get in, girl said the 22.99 one or whatever - she wanted to do the rock wall and the employee working in there said I would have to upgrade to the orange band and I could do it at the front, when I tried they wanted to charge me another $15 to change to the pass that is priced at only $3 more than what I originally paid. That is not how we MATH! Now I remember why I didn't renew my annual pass for my kids. Furthermore, the majority of the attendants that work the "extras" pay no attention to when a child is wanting to experience that "extra" because they are too busy chit chatting with friends and on phones. Would not recommend and so upset that I spent the $25 here for my kid to get her mind off her father in the nearby hospital only for her to be let down by the service and quality.

Awful customer service! Came in at 7pm and by 8pm the closed all the deluxe games, No zip line, turned away kids that where still wanting to take a ride! Employees standing around doing nothing! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you're paying $26 per kid you expect all games & rides to close at 9pm not an hour early so the Employees can leave at 9pm! Ridiculous!

Service at the food station was horrible. The cashier kept talking to her coworker who wouldn’t move away from the cash register. We were charged for large icee’s, even though I asked for a small. The cashier was rude and it seemed like she was rushing us. I didn’t expect much, but this was an overall upsetting experience.

Over all a good experience but the things I didn’t like were the zip lines where you were only allowed 1 go even though we had bought the unlimited pass but then after my kids asked it became 1 per an hour at the same time I was watching the bigger kids cut in the line in front of my kids and go around 10 times on the zip line before on of the younger kids stood up then they stopped cutting but still got to go way more then 1 time an hour I watched some kids go around 20 times on the ride before they got bored and my kids weren’t allowed any more then 1 try on the ride plus my kids really wanted to try rock climbing but we’re denied because they weren’t wearing the rights socks after I bought the socks they told me my kids were to short and some random excuse for my older child who was taller then most of the kids climbing another thing was the older kids who started pushing the little kids into the ball pit and throwing balls at them that were plastic and they wouldn’t stop until I intervened finally the staff were just flirting or to busy on there phones to check on my kids plus I also heard some explicit sounds coming from the back but other then that it was a good experience

We bought the ultimate pass and unfortunately, the main thing my daughter wanted to try was the rock wall was closed during our entire 2.5 hour visit. I gave three stars because there were other things she could do.

For a place geared towards kids, I found it being so poorly lit concerning. I could not keep a good visual of my daughter without following her. Even the jungle gym type attraction had ZERO LIGHTS ON. Why would you do that? Especially when they have zero protocol in place to prevent an adult leaving with a kid that doesn't belong to them. Do better.

Not impressed. I posted a review several months ago that I was not please with the maintenance of the equipment and someone from Urban Air responded that they were aware of the issues and were working to correct them.

We decided to give it another shot and it seems to have gotten worse since the last time. The main attraction for my 11 year old was the larger trampolines with the platforms to jump on and off of. It was closed along with multiple others. They must have been REALLY unsafe for this management team to shut them down. It feels wrong to pay full price and not be told ahead of time that things are not in working order.

As with before, the staff working the desk and floor all seam great. They were actively cleaning and engaging appropriately with the kids playing. This is a management issue. It seems like they need to hire a trained safety manager who is willing to make some big changes in the way equipment is repaired and maintained.

Under staffed they need to hire more employees. Older kids in their late teens were running fast and nearly knocking over little kids when they came around the corner. Employees didn't even say anything but were laughing and talking at the register.

Do not go here. This is a trash & worst place to go to with your kids. The place looks like a joke & the employees are some teenagers giving out false information & making you purchase the membership even for younger babies. Very dirty place & unhygienic. You need to do better urban air trampoline.
