Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, San Antonio TX

This review is for whoever runs the employee hiring and scheduling at this dump. Your workers need more help! Absolutely unacceptable to see maybe 5 people running the whole floor. Completely outnumbered in what I'd say was a pretty hostile and unsafe environment. Your employees are struggling to keep it together at this location and they are doing their best but they can't run the business outnumber like they were today. And you got some good employees! If I had to put up with half the stuff I saw today I would've walked out on that job. They can't possibly get payed enough.

I brought my son to urban air and we had a blast. The manager Darious was very hospitable, and friendly. He answered all questions and provided excellent customer service.

I would not even give this place one star if i didnt have to. HORRIBLE customer service the employees there were rude and lazy. I will never go to this urban air again. Everyone was rude!

Urban air food is the best around fun family entertainment good food good prices lemon pepper I my new favorite wing and they even have gluten free food

Really disappointed. I went to a party a friend was hosting and i would now never book a party with this urban air again. I honestly felt very bad for my friend as she really tried to go all out for her daughter this year and invited the classroom. Apparently at the front they were turning people away asking about the party she booked for her daughter saying that it they didn't have her there. So there's no telling how many people showed up and then left thinking she stood them all up. On top of that they scheduled to do cake and presents at 6: 30, the hostess that was working the table informed us that at that time they would instead be requireing the payment up front because another family left without paying. So basically because someone else stole money from Urban Air they thought we might as well so they decided that when we were going to do birthday cake and presents they would rather have us go to the front and settle out the bill. The only reason I didn't leave one star is because they compensated my friend at the end to make up for all of this.

Worst staff I have ever experienced. No one looked like they enjoyed working there and they took it out on the patrons. Hostess for our party sat on her butt and was annoyed anytime she was asked for anything. No socks to sell at the door for my parents that wanted to join their kids. Only 2 tablets at the door to sign in on, concession stand told our parents there was not enough food for them to purchase outside of what was already ordered in the party. Find another venue, I will be. Sad, really sad.

My family and I had a party/ get together with friends for two of my kids here and what we experienced that evening on 2/11/23 was insane! 3-4 works in front with only 1 at the register while the others just stood around. One of our guests left with her two kids to the ER. The six yr old had a concussion cause some teen was running across the trampolines with no work supervising the area ran into him and the 6yr old landed in between the trampolines on the red mat and the other end up with a sprained ankle cause someone crashed into her. The staff workers were not assigned stations at all and if they was they were all in a group standing around. I had to tell one of them to get the big kids out of the tunnel area. The cafe had 1 cashier and the other making pizzas mind you the place was packed. Before we left out my daughter 10yr old daughter got hurt cause the older / bigger kids wouldn’t give her a chance to get out / off the trampolines that are in the front area. We was there from 3-7pm. NO ONE that works there helps to enforce the rules cause they are too busy talking to each other. The stations are literally unsupervised. Except for the rock climbing area.

Went on Saturday evening very busy Deja went above an beyond to help our large party with JJR Rockets, kids enjoyed themselves, plenty of space, food prices as expected, left with smiles Thanks deja again for your great service

Brought the kids on busy Saturday, manager Deja was very helpful in managing the lines and checking in, her service was great check in if we needed anything, the place is big and fun kids enjoyed it

Welcomed our large group and handled the chaos with ease! Lots of fun and a great place to let your kids run around and burn all that energy with all the different areas of play!

The place was a disaster! Unsupervised toddlers and little ones all over the place. Half the attractions weren't even open and there were holes in some of the trampolines! Not to mention, how filthy and dirty the place was.it's a festering pool of bacteria and germs.
My kids love urban air.but we most definitely will not be returning to this location!

Deja was amazing and worked with us with our party! Hands down, best managerial experience I’ve had at any location in San Antonio! Also, our boys had the best time! Highly recommend! #judsonjrrockets

I'm very disappointed with this location. Filthy benches. Sticky mats. Children with no parents on premises or wristbands to show that they even paid. Lots of loud profanity being yelled by children and no workers to curb the foul language. Will never return to this location again.

I was appalled to what I witnessed today with my granddaughters. Unsafe and unhealthy conditions. Obviously by the dates on reviews, this has been going on for tooo long. Shame on the owners to operate a children and family entertainment facility in despicable conditions. Teenagers watching teenagers and younger kids. No adults managers were visible for supervision. Parents were supervising kids as I was due to other kids bullying my granddaughters. I won't go back or recommend it. If i had read the reviews before, i would have never subjected my granddaughters to this place. Fix the problems or shut it down asap. From one business owner to another.

If there was 0 starts I would put it.
Long wait time for team members to go to their position for food.
Lots of Karan’s cursing at kid for doing nothing wrong.
Staff was lazy and didn’t do their job
More than half of the trampolines and they’re attractions were broken
Won’t be returning

This place is in disrepair. The drop zone seems to be out every time we go. The V. R gaming is also broken and good luck getting someone to help you use it employees weren't anywhere to be seen. This place was absolutely filthy.

This place is falling apart and the staff don’t care about anything. They can’t figure out the card reader/cash register, pads for landings and foam in pits missing, holes in trampolines, and currently it appears that their “kitchen” is shut down by the city. Never seen an Urban Air is this bad of shape

Deja is a wonderful manager her customer service skills are excellent! We been coming here forever and she knows us by name and always has a smile on her face. My kids love it here. Elyse always pays attention. When she works the from she don’t hesitate and greets everyone in a timely manner. She is always smiling and great customer service skills. Thank you for having such a great team!

Staff isn't friendly or helpful, since there's only teenagers running the place.
There is not warning of cafeteria closing, just an announcement that is already closed, (really no warning)
This happened my first time here the cafeteria closed at 7: 29
Today it closed at 7: 00 again no warning.
Some equipment needs reparations, a good mopping, the trampolines are in a desperate need of a good cleaning
I wish I could give this place more stars, but it's always dirty.
Play area on the back is dark, and teenagers hang in there.

I had a birthday party for my son here today and everything exceeded my expectations. The manager on duty was amazing, he fixed a previous error when i called to confirm. My party host made sure my day smooth and she was also awesome! Pizza was good
