Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, Mansfield TX

I give Urban Air a 3 and that's only because of Jordan and Caily, if it wasn't for them I would give then a 0. I was there celebrating my son's 8th birthday with 11 other guests. I waited 25 mins in line just to be told that there was a 2 hour wait, this was at 6: 40 pm and they close at 9! Jordan who was taking my order was very Professional and Attentive, he kept me calm after telling me about the wait and directed me to a manager. I spoke to Caily who was extremely Professional and kind and she also made it her business to accommodate my guests and I. I was so thankful because my son and his friends had just came from a basketball tournament and they were hungry! Caily made it happen for us and I'm so thankful because my son was able to enjoy his birthday and his friends. Thanks Caily and Jordan, my family and I truly appreciate you both!

A’Kayla and DeDe did a wonderful job hosting my son’s birthday party! We had a private room and they went above and beyond to make it fun and special accommodating everyone. I’d definitely recommend a party here. Thanks for the great experience.

Stood in line for over an hour to get drinks. JM the young man taking the orders was great and trying his best. He just didn’t have any help. There were 5 or 6 other employees and a manager standing not even 10’ away and he still couldn’t get any help. Poor management. Thanks JM for your hard work.

Went to Urban Air for some fun for my daughter and her friends and staff member, JM was very helpful. He was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I recommend everyone to come see him! Great Customer service is hard to find, he understood the assignment.

An employee named JM at the urban in Mansfield is amazing. I brought my son, and JM was the nicest to him. Best employee ever!

Bri was our party host and she did an amazing job! Super helpful and helped the party flow perfectly.

Kolten Brown was our host for my daughter’s 1st birthday here and he was an excellent host I highly recommend anyone who decides to throw a birthday party here to use him as your host. He’s very respectful and attentive to the kids as well as the adults. We will be doing our daughter’s second birthday there again since you get coupons for party plans at a discounted price! Thank you so much Kolten for making my daughter’s birthday party a memorable experience!

Extremely fun! They should separate an area for bigger kids and the littler ones tho. It is ran by a bunch of teenagers that kinda act like they dont know what theyre doing but other than that my kids and I loved it!

Great place for family and friends. Two hours in and we were hit. All of us kids and adults. Went on a weekday worked perfect to get the kids tired and ready for bed. Pizza was tasty also nice and fresh. Kiss give and under are eleven bucks and you get in for six bucks if you're the parent can't beat it

Great fun for the kids to play. It was great fun and seeing kids play with other kids, but one of the workers who was supposed to be at the Obstacle course, he must been sick because he stayed in the Restroom, I guess, because kids was waiting to go through it but he was always gone.

Best cheese pizza I have ever shared with my grandson. AJ is the best. Thanks for the good time and great pizza. All of the young people that work there are the best. Keep up the good work. Dakota your crew has got it going on. Keep it up. Thanks

We just had a birthday party for my son here. Everything was already prepared when we got there. Colton, our host was attentive and polite. Great Customer Service. Employees were attentive. Everyone had a great time.

Getting food was a hassle, lots of kids working, but Jord’n our hostess was awesome awesome awesome he went above and beyond with our party, coodos to him

My kids love this place. Always a great time had by all. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, especially Kai! She went above and beyond to make our visit perfect.

My boys had their birthday party at the Mansfield location. Our host was Caden. He was amazing, prompt, attentive and helped the birthday boys and their friends enjoy their experience at Urban air. Thank you Caden. The other staff (young lady, sorry I forgot her name) was equally very nice. Overall, very satisfied.

This one guaranteed tired kids. Especially awesome help and service from Valentine. I have a special needs daughter and it was awesome to have somebody really help get her comfortable in the environment. Above & Beyond.

We come frequently and have fun every time. Kai has been working here for awhile and my kids love seeing her. She makes sure our visit is great every time.
