I have had back issues for many years and have managed the pain the best I could but it had come to the point that I was afraid to go to bed at night because I would wake in the morning in terrible pain. My mattress had outlived its usefulness and welcome to my wife and I. Shane made the best point that sleep is supposed to be a time of recovery for your body. That, I was not receiving. Shane let us test many mattresses to find the one that gave my wife and I the best feel. It took me about a month before my back completely stopped hurting when I woke up in the mornings! I can now sleep longer and wake up rested! I thought my poor sleep was because I was getting older but now realize that it was my mattress for all these years. Shane and Urban Mattress are the best investment in myself that I have made in a long time!

Shane and his staff are top notch. They know their stuff, are helpful and not pushy, and were genuinely fun to work with as we shopped for just the right mattress. They have many different types of mattresses and styles to choose from, as well as other bedding accessories. Honestly, there's nowhere else I'd shop. They have won our hearts!

We had an excellent experience with Urban Mattress' friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was originally going to make a purchase from a large national chain, of a mattress named after a color, but more research indicated that I should look for a local retailer because they custom design and order mattresses.

I found Urban Mattress and, long story short, we've been very pleased with the mattress and base we purchased there and will be back should other mattresses in the house need replacement.

I highly recommend a visit during your hunt for your next sleep slab.

Eric at the Cedar Park location was great, super patient and helpful as I figured out which mattress was best for me, and went the distance with making sure I got the best deal I could and was taken care of in the meantime before the mattress I ordered would arrive. Will absolutely recommend in the future!

Shane was super helpful. I came in today looking for a pillow for my king size bed. I needed something comfortable to use as a side sleeper who sometimes sleeps on her stomach. He gave me a couple of options and I ordered it as they didn’t have it in stock. It will arrive soon and I will be sleeping like a baby.

Shane and his team are the friendliest people in the world! And they know more about mattresses and beds and sleep than anyone I’ve ever met. I love that they want you to love your mattress (and its quality) so much that you don’t have to buy another one for years and years to come! Highly recommend!

Shane and his crew are awesome. I bought a temper-pedic cool gel bed and it has literally changed my life. I have slept so much better since receiving it. Also, his team of delivery men are first class. They were extremely helpfully removing the old bed and setting up the new bed. I will never buy from another mattress store again. Shane also guided my dad to a retractable bed as well. He suffers from double knee and hip implants and that bed has changed his life dramatically. The whole crew top to bottom at urban matters is top notch.

Found what we needed for our mom at Urban Mattress. The Cedar Park location was convenient, and the store is beautiful! Shannon's customer service was top rate, and we left feeling cared for and very happy with our purchase!

We purchased the Acadia pillow top mattress and adjustable bed platform. Originally we got a split king, but we didn't care for the seems in the middle of the bed. We kept the platform and exchanged the two twin extra longs for one king mattress. It's been a dream to sleep on. The crew threw in a high quality bed protector and comfortable pillows. It was a great shopping experience, and our bed is amazing. I highly recommend Urban Mattress for their exceptionally high quality, American made products, delivered with outstanding service from a locally owned business.

I love these mattresses so much, I bought 2! The support is just perfect, not too soft, not too firm. Not bouncy at all - when I or my partner move, we can't feel the other! I've never had a mattress like that. They deliver, take your old mattress away, are on time, fast and courteous!

Urban Mattress always comes through! Not only did Shane (owner) help us with my husband’s and my specific mattress needs but now all my adult kids have gotten their mattresses from there. There sheets are AMAZING and have even bought pillows from them. Excited to now have an Urban Mattress in Cedar Park. Well done Shane and Crew made mattress shopping actually enjoyable.
