I just want to thank Adrian the Assistant Manager (the best) at Urban Oaks Apartments just wanted to brag about him a little bit when I mean to tell y’all he was so professional, patient, transparent and sincere with the process when he jumped in took control of the situation and didn’t have a clue and learned the issue and fixed, process and approved it in LIKE minutes he’s amazing and I’m very grateful he was there too! I highly recommend him for doing a awesome job he deserves a raise and employee of the year. Thanks again Adrian you’ve helped in some many extra ways more than you can imagine thank you!

If I can rate this place zero stars I would. The people in the office are horrible communicators, they don’t reply for anything! At least say I wasn’t approved if you don’t want to do your job! Have some decency.

This place has gotten a little bit better since Mycha came in. But it seems as if he doesn’t want to be bothered with residents! He said he was going to be more visible and have interaction with residents but that is yet to happen! In the beginning I sent him emails of issues I was having and he responded back in a timely manner! Last week I sent an email and have yet to hear back from him! Very disappointed!

Micha the new manager was/IS extraordinary in his position! Quentin was very calming, kind, and reassuring! Ingred was very kind, loving, and professional! Amy was very professional and encouraging as well as efficient & through! And Miguel was kind, professional, & very warm natured. I really really like the whole team and I feel they are doing great and are all definitely an Asset to Urban Oaks Apartments!
I would highly recommend Urban Oaks Apartments to anyone wanting a good, quiet, peaceful place to live!

I moved here in January 2022 there has been a remarkable turn around since our new manager Micah stepped foot into the office there has been drastic changes and his assistant Amy has been on point. They have been working above and beyond doing the most for Urban Oaks. Rosa bless her heart keeping this apartment complex clean and tidy. Maintenence is keeping up their duties. As tenants we need to give more praise to them for a job well done. Micah has followed through with everything he says he will do. I am a proud tenant here me and my children are Happy and Greatful. Urban Oaks keep Shining!

Woman in the office was very helpful and gave me as much information as she could she said to call back Tuesday for sure cuz they're Under New Management it was nice of her to even let me in considering the office was closed and she was just catching up on paperwork

Property has improved in the year I have been here. Trash and major repairs have been done to improve the quality of life. Staff is good. The complex has FREE weekly pest control service so.

I don't live here but my cousin and my sister used to live here and when I tell you that there are apartments are very beautiful but very much overpriced the people who stay here don't keep their hallways clean or their area clean so it makes it really hard for roaches and other creatures to be non-existent there and the measurement has switched multiple times since my sister moved into years ago so I would not recommend this place to anyone

Lived on the property for two years and once management changed I did not have a good experience there. When paying your rent always keep your receipts because they will say they did not receive it. Not to mention when I moved out I had a credit on my account for over paying rent that I did not receive back. And be sure to take footage and photos of your apartment when moving out because they will rack up extra damages. And when putting in a work order be prepared to wait at least a month to get things fixed.

Ever since we had this freeze with the snow the sprinklers busted up and one of our rooms smells like mold and mildew I told the office and it seems like they did not care what I say unprofessional do not move here when things broken they would take their time to do it not worth paying your rent here needs to lower the rent down also too many roaches.

Yk lotta noise, there roaches here and there, dirty stairs yk, the office is fine. The dumpster gets full and dirty very easily but it gets cleaned. The pools cool, kinda salty. The apartment is cool the rooms are decent sizes. Id recommend putting one of those bug killer fog cans before moving anything in. Be careful with packages and stuff, theres like a 50/50 chance of it getting snatched. Its a place to live. Its not bad. I mean you cant really complain you chose to live here. Its cool.

These apartments are just plain TERRIBLE. THEY lost our deposit AND first months rent and notified us on our move in day that we cant move in until we pay and were very insistent on us paying it despite the fact that we showed them receipts. They offered us credit on the nexts months rent that we have yet to recieve since weve moved in

It's a relatively new complex. It's a nice place but there are issues with flooding during storms not just outside but inside apartments. It's low income housing and it shows with a slightly higher amount of emergency responders having to visit the complex.

Went to tour but say the staff act soo rude to other people living there on second floor saw cockroaches a lot her accuse was it came from out side
