One of the best hip hop spots in houston.drinks are a little steep but strong, music is on point, pretty small and it gets crowded so earlier is better.bartender/owner is nice and was working as fast as she could and still nice to everyone.

Go early cause it gets packed! The vibe, music, drinks, staff & people are great tho - this is one of my regular spots (don't forget to pop in Urban Smoke right next door. 2 very different but very cool spots).

I'm still trying to figure out how I spent $100.00 for 3 drinks. The dj was the best thing about it. She was killing it. Friday night shenanigans with the girls.

Definitely, a pull-up spot for local Houstonians, but they show much love to out-of-towners, so make sure to stop through! Two sides to enjoy! So many nights are live so it is hard to say which day is the best.

Service is terrible paid for a table waitress never came to our table to get our drink order.bar tenders were on they phone.took them forever to attend myself and friends. If I could rate it lower than 1 star it would be lower than 1

Terrible Service! Have you ever had a good service at a bar? Yes, I have. But not at this bar. I waited, seated at the bar while the bartender simply went about serving everyone else. Then, apologized for not serving us and still didn’t serve us. It simply made absolutely no sense to me. Had to leave and will definitely never return.
With all due respect to all bartenders that actually take the “serving “ part of their job seriously, there’s no reason why any customer should have to beg to be served at a bar.

Love the cigar bar. The younger bar next door is not really my vibe. It be lit over there though.

Loved the atmosphere, it was very crowded. You will have to park on the street on the side, because it's located in a shopping area. We had a good time, ladies wear flats, because you will be standing. It's also free to get in.

I Went here alone tonight to get a a little me time. Now I don’t go out AT ALL so for me to come to this place by myself and still enjoy myself days a lot. I noticed it’s a mix aged crowd but still very grown and sexy. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were so attentive and such sweethearts they really took care of me! I chilled and had my drink did not feel awkward or out of place everyone minds there business. This place is definitely a vibe.

Very very small. Could be the size of a doctor's waiting room. We went on a Tuesday night, Very packed. No room to walk, takes forever to get to the bar. Bartenders are pretty quick once you finally get to order. Restrooms are really nice. Personal chef/food truck outside in the back behind building. Relaxed casual comfortable attire for the most part.

In under 3 years of existence, Urban Social has cemented itself as a 'must visit' lounge for native Houstonians and visitors from abroad. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and masters at creating cocktails. The in house DJ's always keep the vibes going. My favorite if you like to hear a great R&B and throwback Hip-Hop set is the Saturday DJ from 2pm-5pm. That's also the best time to get there before it starts to fill up and you'll have a spot to sit and enjoy the ambiance.

Great drinks. Could use fans for the outside smoke. The smoke triggers my allergies sometimes. I like to go to places with patios on nice days but can’t do the smoke. Inside is nice but can get crowded quick. Overall one of my favorite bars in the city.
