First time at this location and my experience has been AMAZING! Vivi did an amazing job with my cleaning and thoroughly explaining the importance of flossing. Dr. Munu made me feel comfortable with my treatment plan. The entire experience was very personable from start to finish. I finally found a dentist office I’m comfortable with! Highly recommend them.

Vivi and the team did a greta job on my teeth. I was genuinely shocked by how much better they looked after she did the cleaning. Everyone was very nice and made a trip to the dentist as pleasant as it could be for a trip to the dentist lol.

Received great service at this dentist office! My doctors are literal perfectionist and made sure every tooth was good before I left the chair. I also must say the whole staff at URBN city centre are kind, gentle and professional. They’re also super accommodating. Happy to have FINALLY found a great dentist office in Houston.

Best Dentist office I have been to in the Houston area! From the receptionist to the dentist, everyone had great customer service skills. The Dentist made sure I understood what treatment was needed and had great bed side manner. Special kudos to the Manager for the URBN Dental City Center, she was amazing! She took the time to go over every possible option in regards to procedures needed and financing options. Definitely glad I found out about this place, and will be back for future visits.

Absolutely amazing experience. My first time ever going to a dental office where every person is happy, engaged and knowledgeable. I was nervous when I arrived but they definitely made my adult self feel like a cared for little baby lol thank you for helping me with my smile. I feel so beautiful and looking forward to continuously going back to your office.

Also, there was no wait and I got a gold electric toothbrush as a gift! Woohoo!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made me feel at ease throughout my entire visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that appointments are convenient and comfortable. The entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, making every visit a positive and stress-free experience. I really enjoyed my visit to URBN Dental. I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years so I had some apprehension and nervousness but SHOUTOUT to my doctor, Dr. Munu and my hygienist ViVi! They were AMAZING! They were thorough, kind, gentle and knowledgeable of everything I had to take care of. Dentists can get pricey but Carolina and the office manager Valerie made sure to accommodate where they could and were super transparent about fees and payment. I am so appreciative of this experience and will DEFINITELY be back soon. Highly recommend this office for those who haven’t been to the dentist in a while but need a warm & welcoming staff to help ease the fear.

I have been going to Urbn Dental for several years and just started going to the City Centre location. Atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly! Vivi did an amazing job and was very informative. Highly recommend!

I actually appreciated that the staff is amazing and the Dentist explained some things I was not aware of very thoroughly. I gave two stars because of the things I did learn about my dental health.had it not been for that, I would have given ONE STAR because I got a second opinion from another dentist and it turns out 90% of the "work" I supposedly needed done was not even a necessity. I was told I had a cavity that literally did NOT exist. Also, this supposed cavity happened to be under a Crown which I was told needed to be completely replaced in order to fill the cavity.what a coincidence! They were gonna charge me something like $4000, but I got everything taken care of for $550 at another dentist and the work was great.

Dr. Munu, Hope, ViVi, and Valerie were so amazing and accommodating. They did a wonderful job at making us comfortable and providing the best service possible. So glad we found URBN Dental.
