While on a trip to Palo Duro canyon, my Jack Russell terrier got ill & had to find a veterinarian clinic that would see him w/o an appointment. Swann's was the ticket. They saw us straight away. Only took 1hr.with lab test & exam. We're back on the road.

Dr. Enevoldsen did a wonderful job with my Nöe. She was diagnosed with Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia (IMHA). Dr. Enevoldsen did a wonderful job of explaining this to me, including the possibility that Nöe might not make it. She took wonderful care of Nöe and did her best to pull her through it, but the illness was just too much for Nöe and she passed away a few days later. She was so kind and understanding when she had to tell me of Nöe’s passing. I knew it was hard for her too and she had really tried her best to save her. The staff arranged for me to come and see Nöe after she passed away. It was good for me to have that time to say goodbye to her. They gave me a clay paw print of Nöe’s paw and sent a beautiful sympathy card. They did a great job working with Emerson Cremation Services in Lubbock to pick up and return Nöe to me. I cannot say enough about the kindness this office shows to me and my dogs, and I will not take my dogs to anyone else for their health care.

After thinking about the experience we had at Swann Animal Clinic, the really did accommodate our needs with our pup.

My Yorkies are 12 years old and they have been going to Swann since they were babies. Doctor Solomon has seen us through some rough times with our precious male Yorkie. His love and kindness toward us and our pets has been amazing. We now are seeing Doctor Barber and we love her too. She loves our pets as well. Their wisdom and knowledge is beyond outstanding. We love the whole staff. We are treated like family.

My Gracie has been very sick and your staff was/is thorough and very caring. Fees are pricey but this time worth it! Thank you

My standard Poodle Fred cute himself in two different places. We took him the Swann Urgent Care for treatment. Dr. Solomon and his staff did a great job of explaining what treatment was needed. I was very worried about the drains they had to put in, but they explained in detail what I needed to do to keep them clean. I have 4 dogs they are all rescues and a few of them have some issues, Swann Animal Clinic staff and Vets are very kind and helpful.

The doctors, assistants, and staff of this hospital are amazing. I took my dog in and she had to have emergency surgery. She is currently doing very well, and we will have a follow up soon. I can't thank everyone enough for what you have done for myself and my Honey. To everyone at the clinic: you are all wonderful, lovely, and amazing!

They took good care of my small dog with an injured leg. Kept him comfortable and calm. Safe and clean room.

We were traveling through Plainview at 6pm when our Great Pyrenees began bleeding heavily from neck sutures that he received during surgery the day before in Austin. When we called Swann, they immediately recognized the situation and told us to bring him in. We had called three other Vets that were closer to Plainview and were denied treatment for one reason or another. By the time we arrived, my wife's arms were completely bloodied and so was a large beach towel. Dr. Dodson had a team with a gurney ready for Gruner and began working on him immediately. She found the artery that had sutures that had come undone, stitched it closed and completely redid the 12 inches of stitches. Swann literally saved our dog's life and we were able to continue our trip to Wyoming. It has been 3 days and he has recovered his strength completely with minimal bruising one might have expected. Our 6 1/2 year old dog ruptured a disc. Dr. Dodson promptly got us a referral for surgery at Ft. Worth. Every one at Swann's Clinic was friendly and helpful. They all displayed a caring attitude.

Swann's has been taking care of our dogs for awhile. We are very satisfied with their care.
