Urgent Care for Kids - Alliance, Fort Worth TX

Terrible experience.there were four to five people working in the office but only one doctor.the ladies working in the front had netflix going on their tv and were openly discussing patients- breaking hippaa laws.masks were not enforced by people working or patients.the one doctor on staff didn’t wear any gloves while examining my child (and thanks to the lovely ladies gossiping loudly in the front, I knew there had been a positive covid case just minutes before). My daughter threw up three times in the waiting room, while families that got there after us were seen before us.there were whole other families allowed to go into the exam rooms together, but my husband was asked to wait in the car, then later told he could come back in.we will never ever return.if i could post zero stars, I would.

Urgent Care for Kids - Alliance was a great experience. The facilities were clean, the staff was helpful. We were in and out in minimum time.

Amazing clinic doesn’t jump to medications and always look at natural fixes first. Very respectful and listens to the parents concerns and very timely I recommend doing the on app check in

This place is truly awesome. I have 5 boys who apparently love to spend time in the doctors office. Since covid we have needed to be seen even more anytime a kiddo has an illness so that they can get a negative covid test to return to school. The staff here is incredibly patient with my children. Two of my children are autistic and the level of care the providers have given my children is just exceptional. They have talked calmly, explained everything to my children and have made the appointments easy and meltdown free. This is everything to me especially for my autistic children who have a much harder time with doctors visits. We will continue to come to this location when we need to. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Great service and friendly staff. Our appointment was at 9: 40 and we got there early and they immediately took us back and saw our child and we were all done in about 30 minutes total!

We probably come here more than we go to our pediatrician and we love it. We always get in and out quickly, it's clean, the doctors are thorough and very nice.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and oh so patient with my kiddo! We were checked in and seen very quickly! Thank you soo soo much!

My three year old had to get stitches on her forehead. I can not give enough stars for how amazing the staff was! They were so gentle and sweet with her which put my mama fears to rest! They were super quick and attentive to us while we waited through the whole process! I hope I do not have to endure another urgent care visit soon, but if I did, I will definitely come back here!

Seen quickly and staff was friendly. Was told cultures would take 48 hours. After 72 hours and no info I called only to be told that they only had preliminary results and wouldn’t be able to tell me anything until finals were in. At the 4 day mark finally got a call. Cultures were normal. No follow up questions from nurse asking how my child was doing or if she had any improvement to her symptoms. Would not use again

This location is perfect. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and I am confident in the doctors we’ve seen. I honestly prefer this location over our GP

In and out within 30 min on a saturday. Staff friendly and prompt. Clean environment. Will come back!

Absolute garbage. Had my son seen. They gave an rx. They had shut off all the lights in the place trying to force us out. Got to Walgreens and RX is in some name for some kid I don’t so no medicine.

Reporting them to state board and DEA.

We saw Dr. Nam Nguyen for my daughter’s minor skin condition, and he was wonderful! What an awesome way to get pediatric care without even leaving the house (and disrupting nap time)! It felt like such a personal experience due to the level of customer service even though we weren’t in the same room. Telemedicine is definitely my first choice in care now!

I have always LOVED this place! Quick in and out with excellent care. My only issue is that they recently changed their name / set up and now my copay is double what it used to be before the name switcharoo. I still recommend cause like I said, it's EXCELLENT CARE.

They were quick and efficient! Also SOOOO nice! We’re first time parents, and they explained everything in detail for us, and they also gave us good advice for future sicknesses!

Quick and efficient care! The nurse practitioner and the nurse were very kind and patient with my son with autism who can be a challenge to examine. He was examined, labs were drawn and run, and we were out of the door with a diagnosis within 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They overcharge you and then you pay and your insurance pays everything and you are stuck fighting to get your money back. There is no way to call the billing department they send you to the website.guess what there is no contact information on the website. The girl at the front had no idea what to do or where to go. Avoid Avoid Avoid. I am still out my money as well

It was a great experience, the Doctor was very knowledgeable nice and the staff too. The facility was super clean and in a great location. I truly recommend this place to anyone, you won’t regret it!

The place is effective but it doesn't have the kids environment you would expect. All the TV's should be playing cartoons but not one of them works. The waiting room also should have some kids magazines or some ez to clean basic toys

My daughter was getting very ill, very quickly. I was able to make an apt. Online, verify my insurance and get right in to be seen as soon as we got there. All of the staff was so polite and helpful! We were in and out in 20min and off to pick up my daughters Rx. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to have their child seem quickly.
