Urgent Care of Texas & Expecare Family Care @ Arlington

I have been going to this urgent care for about 7 years. I have always received good and timely care. However, this past December my daughter had some respiratory symptoms and we wanted to get a COVID test to make sure it was not COVID. We took her here to be tested. We were told that it would be $40 Co pay for test. They ended up billing my insurance over $2000, with me having to pay $674 out of my pocket! I called them and they did not even seem to understand how my insurance works and kept telling me that they do not know how much it cost until they bill insurance. I called the insurance who stated that if the diagnosis would have been coded different that insurance would have covered the majority of it. The urgent care billing office said they would resubmit the claim with a different diagnosis code. That we 2/26 and it still has not been done. I am just beside myself because I would have NEVER agreed to pay over $600 just to get a COVID. They have definately lost my business!

The staff is very rude.wait times are atrociously long. Doctor was kind but can not spend more than 5 mins with you. Wouldn't recommend this provider at all.

Starting from the reception we felt being with caring people, polite and well mannered staff. Dr.gave us ample time and listened to all our health concerns, answered all our questions with required explanations.

worst doctor I have encountered in my entire life.

I didn't have to have an appointment and drove right over. The results were back in a couple of hours. They were very nice.

The Doctors here are amazing. The staff are generally caring and concerned about patients well being. Dr. Saeed has been my doctor for 6 years and 480 then and 215 now!

Worst urgent care ever. First at the office, Waited 2 hours just to be seen. Got labs done and was told to return the next day for results. Took 1 hour just for them to fill out a form. Will not ever return

Poor phone skills! People don't call the because they feel good! People call there because they are in need NEED! Fresh mouths over the phone doesn't help! Nursing 101!

The wait time is pretty long, but where is it not these days and so far it’s been worth it here. I’ve been for both my child and I. Both experiences were good with friendly staff and great care.

Convenient and easy access. I Took my mother-in-law here which has a speech problem after a stroke left her disabled a year ago. The staff and doctors were very patient and caring, I felt as if they went to the next level to help her.

I love this place so much. All of the staff, nurses, regular doctors and pt doctors. I’ve never been a super fan of drs, but this place has really turned me around. From my asthma needs, to getting in a car wreck, even regular burns and bruises this place always has me covered. I love that they talk to me with care and compassion and not like a walking money sign. They always help me choose what’s best for me. I’m moving soon but I’ll be driving here still because they have my heart!

Just the best care when you REALLYneed it. I've never had a bad experience here. Much shorter wsit time than an ER. They can do xrays, infusions, physical therapy.

Clueless, lying, and unprofessional front desk.
They try to charge copay when there is none.
Never give you call back as they say! You have to call the numerous amount of time to get you results or referral to be send! Horrible!

Excellent doctors. Front desk staff is clueless and lies lazy and lies a lot Had a problem with my medication getting called in to my pharmacy took about 8 calls to finally get it done.

The staff, nurses, NP, and Dr.were incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and care about you and your health. The are genuine, and are willing to go the extra mile. Tammy was awesome with getting my IV and needed it for a couple of days. I wish they were in my insurance for primary care for BCBS. They said they are working on that. Thank you all for your kindness and extra special TLC for each patient!

Had an emergency and still have to wait 2 hours 30 min before seeing the doctor.even tho I was the only one there.

Really great affordable services compared to the ER at hospitals. I would definitely come back here and recommend this Urgent care to those who are looking for a quality care in lower cost.

They are the best urgent care I've ever been to. The entire staff is kind, remember who you are and go out of their way to care for you. If you go, you are guaranteed to be cared for and fixed up (other places, you may or may not get medicine, etc). The doctors AND nurses are wonderful. I was really sick one time but had children that I had to get because my husband is disabled so the staff stayed late (after closing!) To make sure I was taken care of. I'll never go anywhere else.

Very friendly and clean. Knowledgeable. Didn't have to wait very long and they were busy. I love this urgent care.
