I brought my two year old here for anti nausea meds. The PA told me there was nothing she could do to treat her because she was too small and insisted that I needed to take her to the children’s hospital ER in Fort Worth. I take her to the ER and the nurses just give me a look and say “they could have given her meds. ”

This review is NOT for this entire facility. The front office was great, thank you!
THIS IS JUST for the nurse to whom I guess deemed herself so high and mighty that she can REFUSE A PATIENT TO SEE A DOCTOR! I came here with a stomach ache. I have insurance, I paid the copay, only to be refused medical care BY THE NURSE! So, I have never been here before and when she took me back, she just points (from behind me) which room I was going into. When I wasn't sure I commented that it was very big back there and had no idea where I was going, she just continues to point from behind me! Once in the room, she asks me why I am here today. As I start explaining, she stops me mid sentence and tells me that the doctor is going to send me to the ER, due to them not having the equipment to examine me properly. DOESN'T EVEN GIVE ME THE OPTION TO STILL SEE THE DOCTOR! I stated my concerns with going to the ER; i.e. Exposing myself to other illnesses, no need for blood work or IV, and THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY! She was 100% not even caring what I was saying and just repeated once more that the doctor will just send me to ER and implies that I am just going to be wasting the staffs time. SHE REFUSED me to see a doctor and then sent me back to the front office for a refund for my copay. How does a nurse have the authority to REFUSE MEDICAL CARE!? ! I will NEVER return to this facility and I will NOT EVER recommend to anyone to go here! My advice, if you have anything that is internally wrong, you may as well just go to ER so you don't waste the time of the "HEROES" at this facility. "HEROES" HA! Heroes are those who put their ACTUAL LIVES on the line EVERY SINGLE DAY for our freedom!

I was at this facility three years ago and left a rather bad review. However, I just left the facility and must admit it has undergone a great reorganization. The staff was friendly and efficient and the nurse practitioner. Mike was amazing. Although not in my network, the pricing was very reasonable, and I was very pleased with the service. Kudos to urgent care in Cleburne!

Staff was on point! The young gentleman was efficient, knowledgeable, and compassionate! Highly recommend.

My husband hurt his pinky toe at Jiu-jitsu class last night. We thought it was broken, but we came here because my dad said they were great when he hurt his back.
This urgent care is amazing! They got my husband seen quickly on a Wednesday morning. The doctor and nurses were kind and had no problem giving him a doctor note.
After x-rays - found out it is just sprained (thank goodness). Thank y'all for being prompt, kind, and did not over charge for services.

Went in for poison ivy.they stopped short on the treatment and tried to get me in for return visits.snake oil salesmen and hustlers.

One of the best Urgent Cares I've ever been to! It was a bit of a drive to go to my usual doctor since I needed some antibiotics that very same day so I decided to stop by here and was more than impressed at how phenomenal the staff is!

I had run into an issue where I asked to send my prescription to the nearest pharmacy by me which was Walgreens only for them to never fill the prescription and expected me to pick it up 3 days later at full cash price, didn't even use my insurance. Hours of waiting I called the Urgent Care back and Karen went above and beyond to have the prescription sent over to HEB instead who had it ready in less than 2 hours. Love their service!

Went for my daughter to get her wrist looked at and she went into a dmdd episode and I tried to explain to Dr Susan and she didn't listen and man handle her out from under a desk really bad. My daughter face is red over it like she hit her face on the drawer underneath and a red spot like a nail dug in her arm from were she was grabbing her and screamed the hole way home freaking out over it. Never going back. She doesn't understand how to handle kids expeally with mentally challenges and what she did was abuse and should loose her license

Kiddo was real sick-turns out with strep-and we needed to get in some place for some antibiotics. Couldn’t wait much longer. They took excellent care of my son and made a VERY strong impression on myself! Good job guys!

The nurses and doctor are so nice here. I went in as a walk in and they put me in with no problems. We were seen quickly even though they were understaffed. They were so good and sweet to my Toddler who went in with an ear infection and was crying the whole time. I highly recommend going here!

The best place to go! The staff is so friendly! They are patient and kind to parents and kids!

I had to take both of my boys on separate days this week due to pink eye coming home from school. The staff members were all great with both my boys. The doctors made sure to speak to my oldest son as if his concerns were important not just looking to me for answers. He appreciated that very much. They were quick with their care for both boys and had us out in a timely manner. I recommend this office and staff.

Took my son in for rash, turned out it was HFM. The took great care of him! The entire staff was treated him like he was their own, very calm and patient with him!

Don’t bother with going to Urgent Care if you’re in pain. They will give you a B12 shot for an ear infection and tell you it’s really bad but will not give you any ear drops for the pain, just B12 and a dose pack. Really, it’s not like you’re asking for pain pills. Never again will I waste my time nor money.

Do not recommend! They are quite rude. I had questions about a form I was being asked to fill out stating that I attest that I do not have private insurance for covid testing and the covid cares act! Problem is I do have private insurance so I refuse to sign and they said I had too! I declined the covid test and they said I couldn't do that either. So basically you have to have and pay for a covid test regardless of if you believe in anyway if its related or they will not see you! I refuse to lie on the form so we left!

Tiffany morton was very nice to us, mona sims was very sweet and unstand to my child, Michelle oyenekan help her they all good
