My watch and pendant need new batteries and repair after years off not working. I thought could not get a chance to work again and… they’re working on just like new.

Save yourself a giant headache! I dropped off a pocket watch to be repaired and was told it was no problem. After waiting forever and no one returning numerous phone calls, I was told today that they haven’t even started the repair and need “at least several more months” to work on it. I understand difficulty finding parts, but refusing to communicate and not returning phone calls is not acceptable. When I tried to express what my issue was, the owner got louder and louder, refusing to let me speak. He even started making up stories about telling me it was going to take so long in the first place (that absolutely DID NOT happen). This man is very unprofessional and treats customers poorly when he is in the wrong!

Service is always perfect but more important is Mr Uribe’s history of coming to this Country, becoming Naturalized and being a fine productive citizen We are proud to know him

Uribe's Jewelers is a very unique Jeweler here on the northeast side of SA. I originally went in to get a new leather band for my watch.but I ended up finding another piece of jewelry that I loved. This place is family owned and operated and the Uribe family is so nice. Support local please.

The service was outstanding and the time of completion was quick. I was informed that my repair would take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. I was welcomed to wait or come back if I had other errands to run. I will definitely keep coming back. In addition, there is an eye catching display of men's and women's luxury watches.
