First time with Dr. Melody Denson visit was very comforting and at piece. She was very informative about my situation and gave me different options how she could help me. All the office staff and nursing were caring and friendly as well.

Professional and friendly staff. The attending physician was attentive and she listened to my concerns while offering several options of care. I was treated with dignity which is a rarity since medical ppointments are usually rushed. This office has never rushed me and has always taken the extra steps to ensure that I left that office feeling good. I have visited the Ranch Rd office several times and any issues, whether health or insurance-related, were always addressed to my satisfaction.

Urology team has always treated me great. My appointment was at 1: 50 p.m. And I was driving home at 1: 45 p.m. When is the last time that has happen to you at a doctor's office?

Little things but little things make the difference.sign-in website does not work correctly.receptionist handed me a tablet. I said, if this is like the website I cannot use it. She ignored me. It was exactly like the website but it was not until I SHOWED her that she payed attention. Solution was a paper document which is what I asked for in the first place.

I asked if the doctor was on time and she answered that he usually was.again, a little thing but I did not as about usual, I was asking about now, especially since I wasted so much time with the signin.she re-answered, this time answering the question I asked but she had a definite attitude.no problem, there are hundreds of urologists I can go to.

Excellent service and Dr Kansas is always very knowledgeable. He is also personable, listens, and takes his time to answer all of my questions. I feel he doesn't just compare my medical profile against the established norm to reach a medical diagnosis, but that he actually understands my conditions and lifestyle as it relates to my health.

I have seen Dr. Jones for a number of years post bladder cancer and BPH. Most recently, I had an urgent need and he saw me the next day, diagnosed and treated. One day later, I'm feeling better. This is routine for thei practice. I think the world of Urology Austin and Dr. Jones!

Staff and doctors are very friendly. Facilities are very nice. Wait times are almost nonexistent when you use their online check in, given that you show up at your scheduled time. I would highly recommend Urology Austin and especially Dr. Brian Kansas and his staff.

Called and got in last minute due to a possible kidney stone. Shawn took care of me and was awesome. Getting CT scan tomorrow and going back again this week. Doesn't get much better than that. Dr. Denson is my usual doctor here, but Shawn is her NP. He was awesome.
