My experience was very good, upon arrival I was quickly checked in and taken to see the doctor within 20 minutes of arrival. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next visit.

This is an outstanding clinic. Everyone on the staff is efficient, courteous, and professional. Dr. Hardeman was thorough in his interview/exam process and clear in his explanations regarding treatment.

After I was scheduled for a blood draw at the Urology Austin office on Jollyville Road, I received several reminders of my appointment via text and email which helped me to remember the date and time. When I arrived, the office staff had all of the paperwork I needed to get started on the blood draw. Med Tech Angelica was prepared with all the tools needed to do her job. She was professional, and inserted the needle with almost no pain. The entire visit went so smoothly and quickly that I was in the location less than 15 minutes. A great job by all of the staff. Highly recommend this office for visits to Urology Austin.

Dr. Giesler at Urology Austin is an outstanding Urologist. We went to multiple urologists both in Austin and in Houston only to be disappointed. Dr. Giesler has diagnosed and clearly explained all the relevant factors regarding my condition. We are well prepared for the future.

Great. Glad I could consult with Dr Larry Kravitz for the Annual check-up. It was very through and he answered all my questions.

The team worked to fit me in the very next day. Paperwork was quick and straight forward. The staff is friendly and seem to enjoy working there. Dr. Sundaram is very knowledgeable and direct I left with a treatment plan that makes me feel confident that my symptoms will be resolved.

Dr. Denson is absolutely amazing! She listened and answered my questions without rushing me. She was very thorough and explained the new medication and how to use it. Very pleased with my experience and her professionalism.

I am an existing patient that has been with Urology Austin for over 10 years. My bladder was blocked and I was able to make a couple of calls to the nurses and got in to see Sean Omsberg, PA. He was able to quickly take care of the problem and prescribe a course of care. He is a nice light hearted guy and saved me from having to go to the ER.

After a scheduling issue with another area doctor, the helpful staff at the central appointment line connected me quickly with Dr Loren Jones at Urology Austin and got me in within a day.

The location was easy to find (even with rush hour traffic) and ample parking. The staff were friendly and helpful and got me quickly in for my scheduled appointment. The doctor was knowledgeable, helpful and addressed all questions I had. Although I haven’t had an actual procedure yet, I’m sure his professionalism with extend into that as well.

I’m glad I found this location, even if it was due to a scheduling issue.

Everyone is very nice and polite make you feel comfortable.my husband had a procedure done on Tuesday and saw Dr Kanas
to check how the procedure was working.on Thrusday.everything was a 5 star from the Dr to scheduling nurse.thanks everyone God bless you all.

Excellent intake and procedure process. The staff was very welcoming. During my procedure the staff was very accommodating and supportive.
They made an uncomfortable procedure the best it could be.

My husband, John Payne was the patient and as usual all went well and was efficient! We are waiting for the date of his next visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kansas for several years. In addition to several office visits, I've also had a couple outpatient surgeries. Dr. Manes is Wonderful I felt so comfortable and that was most important I’m so happy she is my doctor thank you God. I’m so happy they still have great doctors in the world.
