They call you and ask you to call back but don’t give you an extension to get a hold of them. You then sit on hold for over 30 minutes. Don’t cheap out hire someone to answer the phones. Give extensions so they can call back! If you make patients hold for so long you don’t value their time.

Appointments removed without notice. Can't update my address on their portal either. When I call it goes to a machine. It takes an act of God just to get what I need from these folks. Not happy with them at all. I've been trying to determine why I am having kidney issues they keep pushing off my appointments when it would be better to know so I can change things now to prevent further issues.

Made 5 calls at different time of different day of the week, waited 40min in total, and never answered.

The offices don't answer the phone. They have a new system in place for calls and it is not up to speed unfortunately. Need an appointment? Filled out the form online? You will be waiting to get in touch with someone. Once you get in, the doctors are great though.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as was medical staff. Dr. Maloney was, as usual, hitting the mark. If he is not the best Urologist in the greater Austin/Round Rock area then he is very close to it.

Good luck getting them to answer their phone. You will spend at least 30 minutes on hold if not longer

Really short on the phone didn’t even bother to get a referral from my Doctor to expedite the process

Always behind schedule and receptionist was trying to fix her computer printer while people were waiting to check-in. The doctors are excellent.

Called to schedule appointment they said would call when they got approval I waited 3 weeks called them and they had approval for over 2 weeks didn't bother to call me. Made appointment received a text that they were trying to get ahold of.false they never tried. Called them my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to Dr being unavailable this was on a Friday for a Monday. I received constant emails and text messages to confirm my cancelled appointment. Completely unprofessional and lack of communication

I visit with Dr FRIEDBER on wed 11 /23 to check my prostate after visit doctor next day i feel lots of pain in my urine place and my urine was almost stop to coming out. I got urine infection and high fever high 103 try to get urine infection but no one allow. Finally i request to my pharmacy to give me some loner, medicine so they give 5 pills of solifenacin succinate. I took some tablets and feeling little good but my urine is still coming drop by drop and leak.
Before i see doctor i have some problems but now get reversed
