Dr. Feigl was very professional and very considerate with my husband. He explained the whole process to my husband and we both felt very comfortable. He answered all our questions even when I called the emergency line. We will definitely recommend Dr. Feigl to friends and family. Excellent Dr with excellent bedside manners which is important to us. Would give 5+ Stars.

Made an appointment for a procedure, instead they marked me down for a follow-up and told me it was miss communication. I waited 4 months for the procedure because they rescheduled me multiple times just to tell me it was never what I asked for. Then they have the audacity to tell me I have to come into the follow-up to schedule the correct appointment.spend money to spend even more money? All they want is your money, nothing more.

The staff was friendly throughout the facility. Dr. Villegas was very professional and thoroughly explained the information that was needed. Highly recommended!

This place doesn’t care about the patients they only care about filling in the next time slot to get paid, staff is very rude I made them aware that we couldn’t make it to pick up orders and they insisted someone be there next day by 9: 00 am to pick up or office would put someone else. I understand time is money but meet the patients half way offer some other way to get orders to the patients.

Very unpleasant experience with Dr. Vidko. You would think experience will come with sensitivity but no! When met with questions he clearly lacks sentitivity and patience with young adults. Needless to say we'll not keep a second appointment.
The stuff was courteous.

Long wait times waited for three hours mom stuck in a stretcher now has to use the bathroom and waiting to flush a foley tube we came in at 2: 50am and now it’s 6: 30pm what ever you do avoid this place if you come here pack a water and lunch

Saw Dr Manuel Espinosa on Wednesday November 7th. It’s been 5 days and I still can’t get his incompetent staff to call in a prescription he ordered for me.
It took them about 5 minutes to charge me $154.00 for office visit and bill my insurance but they can’t call in a prescription in 5 days. Heaven forbid that my condition be life threatening.
It’s a disgrace that such a good doctor has such an incompetent staff. Jorge Garcia

My father is a cancer patient the 1st visit was extremely bad the wait for Dr. Olguin was more than 4 hours and dad was told to have a sonogram for kidneys stones? Wrong diagnosis from Dr. Olguin. The 2nd visit wait time over 3 hours we asked for a copy of the sonogram and office denied his request. No empathy from them and never a return call.for darn sake dad has cancer!

They are pretty fast especially for the amount of patients they see per day. My office visit a month ago and this past Friday did not take more than an hour and a half. Dr. Feigl treated me very well and would definitely recommend him to everyone! Thanks again for everything!:)

Very stressful! When my husband was dismissed someone gave me directions how to get from front parking lot out to pickup area! All I can say thank God it wasn’t snowing or pouring rain! Took forever to find my car with their instructions! Not good for a 78 yr old!
Then had follow up app with Dr Seiba 6 wks. Later! Told to get there 15 min ahead of schedule! Two hrs later still hadn’t seen Dr so we left! Got charged $900.00 upfront. Thought that was unusual!

I went in for a minor procedure often done with local anesthesia or Versed. Because of a medical condition, I try to stay away from general anesthesia as much as possible; my recovery from it is long and bad. I was told that I have no choice in whether general anesthesia is used or not, that the doctors only use general anesthesia for the procedure and I have no choice regardless of my health concerns. That is highly unethical and ignites my suspicion that this is basically a for-profit surgery center. I found another doctor.

All appointments are not flexible. Each one seems to be 3 months away if I cancel or if the doctor has a surgery.

They ask you to be there 15 minutes before your appointment time, then they make you
wait 1-2 hours before seeing you. Even then, you sit in a patient's room for some time before you get seen by a doctor. Your level of care depends on which doctor you have. My first doctor here was terrible, but then
much better after changing to Dr Olguin.

They take care of my mom when she needed it. The wait time about 3 hours if you have appoint ment n they check your insurance. The lobby is comfortable n has two tvs yes they have you use phone for hearing music or playing a game.

They took my post out. I saw a manuel espinosa md.cause I was having a kedney stone passing and having trouble urinating.told him I have had this problem before so I know what I am going thru.
I took him I had a sample he said did not want to see it.they have a lab.there, and he is associated with a hospital across the street, they have a lab.there also.he does not take the time with you. I said can I have some kind of antibiotic, cause I was having these chills, and sweats.he said no, so I said meanwhile what am I a suppose to do.he said just drink lots of water, and if it gets worse just go to the hospital, (So why did I go see him.) they have to many people in there waiting to see him. I mean to many. Very disappointed.

Physician is excellent

The waiting room has the aura of a overcrowded train station without any caring for patients time, comfort or friendliness.
Three visits 3 times appalled at waiting room overcrowding & that reflects increase risk of potential for medical mistakes!

Dr Villegas cut his finger and could not help me and told his other partners about me and promised me, that none of his other associates would be willing to help me. I had ESBL IN LATE TO EARLYFebruary of 2017 and assured me that none of his associates would be willing to help him out. He had a cut to his right pointing finger.and that he felt like asking his associates would be putting to much on his other associates but Dr Villegas did ask one of his associates to look at the C-T lScan and see what he could do for me, since I had 5 months worth of non stop UTI's, flank pain, and non stop misery were enough to try and help me. Both Doctors said no, the stones were too small to take out. So, now I am at DHR in the RGV with nothing done for my recurrent UTI's, severe bilateral flank pain, pain radiating down my groin and just be a nuisance. No one would or could help me. Why not? 5 months is not enough? Would it take a year or would it almost take me dying from severe UTI's, still not be enough? What will it be?

Accepted sooner than scheduled appointment due to increased pain.all staff very kind and helpful.wait time was approximately 30min to room and 15-20 min for dr. All ran smoothly beginning to end. Very nice and clean facility. Was able to get CAT scan same day. Awaiting appt.with referral. Felt we were in good hands.
